The event where she's so desperate to keep sensei around she tries to fuck him back to sanity (A Place That Can Only Exist In Our Minds) comes before Record Breaker, the event where she asks to kill Noriko and accepts when Sensei tells her not to.
That aside, the contents of record breaker also include Maya telling Sensei she wants him to make it to the reset, to value his existence, and outright stating she's pretty sure he's the original Sensei. I feel fairly confident in saying she had already began to significantly care about this iteration by this point, she was just much more guarded (and slightly tsun about it, considering some of her lines in record breaker lol)

Maya was desperate to stop Sensei from dying right in front of her, after nearly breaking him, but that's not quite the same as laying her head on his shoulder on her bday towards the end of Chapter 2:

Or almost risking everything to kiss him, like in Chapter 3:

She didn't want Current Sensei to die, sure, but she still had a ways to go before she'd reach the level she did.

On the other hand, Maya had wanted Noriko gone since the 'What Could Have Been' Chapter 2 Main Event, where she had her outburst:

Which was about 4 updates, before 'Record Breaker'.

Maya wanting to get rid of Noriko also isn't something new. Noriko didn't seem to think Maya's opinion of her changed much from apparently their tutoring days, after Maya's outburst:

It's probably why Sensei just considers it a grudge in 'Record Breaker':

The "Bucket, Bucket, lovely old bucket" event is a good uncle one right?
If you mean the Wonderful Bucket, with Long Maya and Moyo, then that's in the Happy Event 'Second Sun':

Non-missable. Ami does apparently have a bucket for Sensei... but it's not for semen..

Going by the non-subscriber section of the discord there hasn't been a care package since August. They are going to be less frequent from now on but I haven't spotted a release schedule for the next one. That's not to say there isn't one, I just haven't seen one.

Current schedule: 2024Q1, 2024Q2, 2024Q3 etc. I assume we would have first one in the begining of March

Yes, the Horny Uncle version of the scene is The Caretaker, so that appears to be the Chaste Uncle name for it.

(not using good/bad uncle because "good" is relative in this scenario).

Sigh

I see what I did there.
Pun not intended.

I don't think any of this really contradicts anything I've said honestly. I feel like whether she's more attached to him more later on is pretty immaterial in the face of my point that she's clearly capable of going to desperate measures for to keep this iteration of Sensei, and killing Noriko is, on a mechanical level, a much less risky strategy than the thing she knows can mind nuke him, which implies to me she either doesn't kill unless she feel she absolutely has to, or she trusts and respects sensei's decisions which... lol. lmao even. Girl doesn't even trust her own decisions, let alone someone she thinks she knows better than.

Personally? I think she knows everything. Almost literally.

I was thinking about this "help you carry stuff" - is it her implying she knows what's going on in general between them as well as the particular activity of her making Akira literally carry some stuff to the school on multiple occasions? it feels like her way of saying "Yeah, I know everything" without actually saying it and instead alluding to a particular detail of said "everything". not to hide her knowledge, but to make her words more impactful and hurt her as deep as she can. in retrospect, it feels as if she knew Maya was a goner at that point. like Ami was full of her bullshit and either pulled a plug herself or just was aware that this is happening and thus there was no need for Ami to play around with her anymore. and she was kinda relieved to finally be able to say stuff and hurt her in this way, shoving it to her in her face...
Maya definitely felt something was very wrong with this reset and probably figured out already that her situation didn't look promising. maybe she even was in the process of realizing something about Ami as well. of course she already knew they fucked each other. it seems that she was understanding something else. not just being sad/jealous - it was nothing she did not know or seen or felt probably a thousand times already. so it is probably something new, probably related to Ami. almost like her realizing Ami played her and Ami won and now it is the end for her, for Maya. and she just sitting there reflecting on how she got to this point.
p.s. I wrote a lot more than I was going to, ops. and it is most likely me overthinking or missing something - I am new to this deeper part of the game (lore, gods and stuff). that was just an attempt to describe my personal feelings from that scene - "what if" kinda stuff. not that I think it really is true or canon

upd. also even Akira (or was it one of the narrators again?) is probably getting it, that Maya's done...

Who is that? Boobs are too small to be Yumi. Or is this a Flashback? And if so, I thought Yuki left when Yumi was just a toddler?

Edit: According to Sel's official 2024 Update breakdown; He said he would release 4 CPs, larger than previous ones, through out the year. So I assume 1 every 3 months.

Its loli yumi flashback. I tried looking for Yumi's "wizard form" render but ended up scrolling through pages of wizard porn to no avail so this best I could do

Breaking Sensei by having sex with him isn't going to keep this iteration alive though, and it's not something she absolutely has to do, yet is something she has done in the past to other iterations, and almost to Current Sensei, back then.

Not to mention, she wants to fuck Sensei. It's not like trying to fuck Sensei to death was just for Sensei.

There's also all the other points I brought up besides not being that attached to him yet.

Such as Maya Prime:
  • Being scared of the unknown (She never actually knew Noriko was dangerous. This never happened before. Doing anything drastic could be dangerous to her and Sensei.)
  • Probably not actually seeing Noriko as a threat to Sensei (Maya just has complicated feelings when it comes to Noriko.)
  • Knowing killing is useless in this world since everyone just comes back (Has mentioned that Sensei died more than once, and if her story about Psycho Ami is to be believed, has seen everyone before the transfers, butchered.)
  • Etc
Maya also only killing when absolutely necessary seems a little unlikely when she's threatened to "actually" kill Noriko over merely mentioning Niki:

And she didn't have to break those several Senseis.

Of course, this is all just a theory. It's possible that Maya did nothing else besides breaking Sensei. However, simply not killing Noriko doesn't imply she wouldn't kill or hurt others if it was actually beneficial to her. Or that she hasn't.

Interesting, and yeah, the BU Ami route doesn't and probably won't have crossed out events.
