Best analogy i could think of and i feel it's pretty solid at explaining why i suck at just ignoring it, don't imagine any of us would be cool with fire crackers going off next door every other day.
Every damn update: "oh no, i are dumbz, my saves all gone, haaaalp!"
I was using the Compressed version of v0.36 and it was giving me an error when I tried to open my savegame, so I updated the v0.35 version that I had... I think I did something wrong, I replaced the files or the old "Disable DRM Patch" does not work in the new version.
I'm not a stupid person and I knew the risks, I was already using the care packages.

But you didn't backup your saves, so no, you still get a sticker that says "i'm special".

It's actually funny how more enjoyable the events are when Sensei isn't involved.
Every Christmas/Halloween/Beach/Dorm War I was always getting ready for some drama or pre-emptively expecting something to go bad because of jealousy. Can you imagine how heated the bottle spin would've been if he was there this time?

Okay, I was going to do it but I just forgot. But the game didn't delete the last savegames that were in the v0.35 version folder that I had.

Forgive me for not wanting to replace all of your save files, but here's one from the start of the current update to save getting back to that. It has all previous content unlocked, although you might obviously need to edit some of the flags depending on future updates/personal preferences.

Alright, I need to hop in. Does anybody know what the trigger or stat levels for the single lust event is? I'm not exactly thrilled about who it's with, but gotta go complete.
Also, curse this mediocre as hell update, man. And Ami too, for that matter. Here's hoping that Sensei can bounce back, or learn to cope, sooner rather than later.

I'm not gonna lie, Out of all the characters in the update Wakana skyrocketed to the top of my list. She's trying to find answers because she cares and that's more then any other character has done (besides dorm 7)

I updated the dark mod from https://f95zone.to/threads/lessons-in-love-v0-36-0-selebus.48158/post-11753471 to address a few issues I was having. If I'm stepping on any toes by changing it then let me know and I'll remove it.
I also took the 8 care packages from the main post and combined them into a single download because 1) if you want the care packages you probably want them all and 2) I simplified the install to one "game" folder and included DRM-free files. I also added dark versions of all applicable images and removed the old discount codes. The only thing worthwhile in my opinion were the scene commentaries but unfortunately there were only a few. The extra profile pictures can also be fun, but you can get those from the dark mod above if you want to skip the care packages.

I used both of those files (along with the 0.35.0 progress mod) on a clean 0.36.0 installation and was able to load my old saves and get to the first line of Chapter 4.
- Added dark versions of the five images from the August 2023 (care package 8) that were missing.
- Updated the dark versions of the seven weekday images to match the rest of the theme better. They were too bright and hard to read.
- Removed DRM from the gui.rpy files in both the light (Classic) and dark (Kirin) themes.

It would've been funny if during this scene it just started to cycle through all the girls Sensei loves instead of just Maya as Ami went through her speech.
