Yes that's the game, thank you
I guess I just couldn't find it despite using every possible filter imaginable, maybe it got shadow banned ?
Says im still watching the thread too... wtf
I have this on every site with watched threads like this. Every so often I have to manually check my watched threads list to look for topics that, for some reason, don't make the notifications list when they are updated.

You know, Rin isn't that smart, any half decent tabletopper, if they realized they had cursed luck to always roll a 5, would make a specialist character build where they only ever needed a minimum of a 5 for their rolls. Better to be useful with only 2 skills than useless with 10...
IIRC, there was one time she got excited about rolling a 7, and Molly pointed out that she had forgotten a -2, so she'd actually rolled a five.

Her fives are all modified, not natural.

'The Magnificent Waiting Room' reminded me of the Pareidolia Mall:

Perhaps the Mall has finally finished its renovations? Albeit:

Gossamer calls Sensei's dream world from Episcopalis a waiting room.

And in Kaori's very strange Chaper 4 generic, Sensei thinks about a waiting room after biting into a whole egg. There's also a reference to the mall renovations here.

Given all of the clocks in Episcopalis, Gossamer's statement might be intended to also refer to the room with clocks by analogy - a place where Akira is waiting in stasis after escaping from his original reality. That also fits with the egg since "The Room With Clocks" ends with him biting into an egg in the same way.

I'm not sure how the mall waiting room would fit with this idea, so maybe it has a more generic meaning having to do with slipping between worlds in general.
I also wonder if the "Weasel" might actually be someone?...Going "Pop" probably isn't good in this game, and a weasel can translate to someone untrustworthy. Which more or less covers nearly everyone in this game from someone's perspective.

More seriously, given that the mulberry bush and the weasel are from nursery rhymes, I'm guessing those events are where the return to Untitled Children's Show is going to happen, and so the popping could have to do with the balloon head preview. And while we're on the subject, I'm guessing that the "new friends" from the changelog are the show's new hosts, replacing the Mayas.

Pop Goes the Weasel -> God of Light -> Sonny Boy & The Magnificent Waiting Room -> What We'll See When We Get There
Sounds like the steps to someone dying or being reset. Ayane maybe? I keep thinking back to that reset where he was with "Ayane" in the tent and he woke back up in the Time New Roman room. 100% a shapeshifter there.

Also this new friends thing, please don't let there be more girls introduced. We don't need that weird dog girl classmate or more deformed versions of the other girls. If there's a long Noriko or a Yumi who drinks out of buckets (Yumo), I might tap out for a bit lol.

My first thought on seeing "new friend" was the webcomic Something Positive.

There's a secondary antagonist -- the rich bitch archetype -- who starts getting followed by a floating blue rodent-thing called Fluffmodious, who addresses her as "new friend"

And that's the exact energy I'm expecting this update.

I'm bored.
Imagine yourself isekaied into LiL. But not as Akira or other male instead of him. But as one of the girls from Sensei's class. Maybe new one, maybe reincarnated as, I dunno, Nodoka or Maya or any other girl you want or don't want. But keep in mind, there are 2 possible directions of that story: you know all meta-lore (basically keeping the knowledge of this game) and you don't know the meta-lore (you might understand something is wrong, but you lack the important knowledge).
What would you do? Oh, and will you have sex with Sensei?

As long as I'm Yumi or Touka, I'll be happy. Sensei would have to worry about me pulling girls into my personal harem, but I'm willing to share. Mi harem es su harem, so to speak.

follow up question to what was asked, but what if you could change one thing that a character has done?

Like, say, you're a Himawari sort of character, and could shapeshift into one of the characters and act as them for one single event. Or better yet, let's say you could take over their mind for that event, much like a Yasu situation. You only have that one shot to change things for them, what would you do?

I'm torn between stopping "this town has two halves" from happening (I'd still have the conversation with Yumi, but instead of the assault, would approach their feelings in a more cautious manner) - or just having sex with Rin when they kiss after the Otoha date that doesn't happen. Rin probably wouldn't have had the Otoha arc if they had gone further then, or it simply wouldn't have the hold it had on her, since her sexuality would have been breached with Akira instead.

Well, what event would you step in and change, and in what way?

I would be Akira's father and I will pull out instead of breeding his mother.

for me it would be the recent Miku sex incident, her life is hard enough as is and she doesn't need a new trauma on top of the already existing one (even if preventing it doesn't really solve the problem, if that would happen to me I'd never want to try it ever again)
either that or anything Otoha related. heck I'd prevent her from joining the cast if I could

Gentlemen, if I may, I would like to step in quickly to to address a post and some reactions to it made earlier. I strongly advise reading GSwole's posts with greater care and a more literary glint, lest you fall prey to an abstract psychological trap without even realizing a hook has attached itself to your lip. Let us analyze this ARG gift which has been granted upon us like pearls cast before swine.

GSwole: "Well yeah of course. He got the best teaching from an early age."

Taken at face value with a naturally superficial reading we find ourselves giving a small, knowing smile at this clever turn of phrase; "Well yeah of course" is brisk, casual language implying something is obvious, and one would generally not imagine such a blase attitude directed to the idea of fucking a man due to the implied homoeroticism which is a rather touchy subject in boys locker rooms such as this, resulting in contrast - the source of all humor. This is followed by "he got the best teaching from an early age," which turns our smirk into a open-mouth grin as we chortle with joy at the cleverness of relating someone's sexual prowess to the abuse they received at a young age. By deftly softening the impact of this abuse with "teaching" we are allowed to think back to our favorite "teaching" moments in Lessons in Love without ceasing to smile. All-in-all a deftly crafted and humorous joke.

But hark! Therein lies the trep. Let us not be misled by the humorous tone to forget that "teaching" in Lessons in Love (TM) indeed serves itself as an allegory for "grooming" or at times "corrupting" (but not in the sexual sense: the kind where a bird vomits in the mouth of another). Consider the title itself in this context and perhaps the grin on your face will freeze and turn into an O-shape look of stunned horror. Indeed: What we have been so jovially laughing at is indeed no laughing matter at all! Who among us would look at sexual abuse and laugh in its face? I hope none! Yet the glittery silver coating of humor in this case has, so to speak, "baited" a number of individuals into laughing and chortling and chuckling and giggling and cackling with infinite jest at a mask covering equally unending sorrow. This is to say that the "Haha" reaction was the wrong one to press. The correction reaction to press is "Sad", or, in some circumstances implying the death of innocence upon a grim realization so heavy as to make someone's innocence shatter into six million pieces, "Wow". In other cases, it may be better to sit back and have no reaction at all.

I hope this public service announcement has provided some enlightenment. When approaching an "ARG" (alternate reality game) (the game is in real life!!! it's not a game!!! oh god!!!), it is best to measure one's reactions and carefully consider what one says or does. It may be the case that someone out there is embittered by sexual abuse being treated with such light-hearted mockery - to say nothing of eroticism! But what do I know? In fact, perhaps my own interpretation is completely off base here... perhaps the "Haha" reaction was correct at all? Perhaps we must face our fears and laugh? Perhaps there is no better fuel for surpassing the darkness of our souls than masturbating with glee and cumming all over the abyss? A cum-drawn smiley face in the void is kind of like a ticking clock that marks the end to all this supposed misery! It's boner time! Discuss!

Instead of beating up Nodoka in class, I'd have Yumi thing tactically. Catch when she's most unaware -- and most importanly, alone. Revenge is best served cold, after all.

And make sure to finish the job. If you can't wear your enemy's head as a hat, have you truly revenged?

I don't like penis so can I pick Imani? I think most of the girls want to bang her already so it sounds like a good bet.
