Why is everybody getting so hung up on getting NTR'd. The only way you the player can get NTR'd is if there is an "Insert Name Here" at the beginning of the game which there isn't. Or you inserted your own name as the lust name which would be self inserting, which means you're basically cucking yourself. You can't get mad because the fictional girl isn't moaning your name or the fictional girl you want to bone, bones somebody else.

Clearly they are self inserting as Sensei which is worrying on it's own.

Its the same song and dance as the end of the Twilight movies when all the girls were pissed when Bella chose Edward. All the girls replaced Bella with themselves in their minds and got mad. Even though Jacob is a lolicon which nobody seems to acknowledge. (I had the misfortune of being dragged to all these movies that's why I know so much)

Once you get there, you'll understand why we can't tell what it is yet. If we take it at face value something major is starting to happen. Realistically there will be a rollback but we have no proof of anything yet. And it's likely gonna be swept under the rug until the next major event (dorm wars) as that character will just manage to not appear onscreen.
Yeah others said it, that's what the statutory meant. Akira failed to be a responsible adult, but Io coerced him into sex, and at the end of it he's the one that breaks down, not Io. She just thinks less of him afterward. She had more of a reaction to Nodoka outing her story, the beach trip shows she's talking to Uta this time instead of her trying to figure out Io's headspace alone and after Uta's revelation, she doesn't try to point out he rapes teenagers. She endorses him..
Now if it turns out Akira has a Rizz aura or something we can stop reading into it so deeply. Otherwise, she forgives him pretty quickly and she bounces back into normal Io cheer levels after a month or two, only being awkward about trying to explain to Sensei her state of mind, which leads to ioblock removal at the end of the chain

Isn't it set in 2020? A quick Google and Wikipedia search tells me that the laws were only changed in 2023 and previously the age of consent in Japan was 13. That age limit also only seems to apply before 16 (the current age of consent) and was apparently also part of that reform.
And even in the US it's not the same everywhere.

Besides all the reasons that everyone else has given, I assume it's the bit of Collector everyone has inside them. Also, no matter how much you try for it to not be the case, one tends to self-insert or, at the very least, identify with some traits or characters in a story. Sometimes to the point of rationalizing actions that happen in the book with their own point of view and thinking. In that way, you can understand why some people have that trigger button whenever the smallest hint of NTR appears (there are subtypes, but those don't count for the purposes of this discussion).

Do not use square brackets in your save names. I was about to celebrate reaching the CH4 Halloween chain and am instead having to reinstall the game and figure out if it's the save numbering mod that's shitting the bed or the base game itself.
