All I know is I'm about to throw hands if we keep getting slow rolled for some Uta and Touka action at this point. I think I'm coming to terms that Noriko is probably gonna be the last one to get Akira action - even after Otoha or Yumi.

Uta is likely to get some next update, we're at the point of comparing toes at the bathhouse and we're pretty sure we've identified Uta's.

There might be a Yumi kiss next update depending on how she's feeling after the reset. She might realise at this point life is too short to wait. Or some intimate moment that isn't porn.

Touka might happen next Touka update. She doesn't really have hangups about getting what she wants and she doesn't make scenes when she can avoid it. It would probably happen away from the manor, at least the first time. (Love hotel bed coming full circle? Or maybe that's where the second sex scene happens)

And I've called my shot on Noriko. She just needs a little push, but she won't make that move herself. Think you should also clarify if the male cums inside, because that's as bad as it can get on an ntr scale for me.

What do you even mean by "that comes later"? You can't just throw that out there and then not elaborate. Is it in the game yet? How bad is it? What's the event name and whose is it?

If this is triggering your NTR alarms, there's at least 4 more scenes coming up that will do so too. There's been a ton of NTR debate in recent updates and people will even start groaning because I've used those words in this post it was that in depth and exhausting.
The big thing it comes down to is none of them is an unexcusable NTR moment, which I'd define as one of the girls finding another guy to fuck, not be raped by. We'd ask for the tag the moment a scene like that appears, and we're specifically avoiding it due to the audience merely having that tag attracts who would honestly be pissed off at the game having that tag in its current state, currently at all. And if the game reaches the point where the tag is valid, the amount of non cuckery they'd have to do to reach that point would piss them off. We can only hope Selebus understands this, because it would also threaten his bottom line, and that's what he cares about.

It was about as complete of a summary of the NTR debates as I could remember, and lampooning the arguments while doing so as to why there hasn't been consensus on "Does the game contain NTR" I'd say no, but I'd say Sel is intentionally flirting with the line for drama's sake.

The second vague example I provided(girl in chair) I would call actual rape (and I'm here saying Stomachache wasn't rape for comparison, statutory aside I guess), but story wise it doesn't end up with the kind of feelings you'd expect of a real rape between a perp and a victim. And it has lore implications once you start overthinking it. The others have enough shenanigans around it that I wouldn't hold it against them.
And if your real problem is someone in 'power' raping someone who's too meek to do anything about it, 3 will rub you the wrong way even if a lawyer would argue extenuating circumstances.

Other than that, there is no competing presence in the time loops that's having sex with anyone at the human level, so I can't say there's anything I'd call actual NTR in the game.
If you consider Nozomu, the horny ball of light to also be HOPE, the god that's been in charge of Summer so far then there's some level of male having sex with girls you'd have sex with. But it's hard to treat the actions of a world admitted horny god in the world's backrooms like a sexual rival.
On that point HOPE has had Akira in a sex machine..... And there's an up and coming theory that Nozomu the husband of Sekai might have also diddled shota sensei. But I don't think that theory is robust enough just yet.
