And that's surprisingly perfect!!! Spoiler images will always be a surprise, it's not something you expect and that's perfect!!! Besides not taking up screen space, it also surprises people and grabs their attention!!! You look and get curious to know what's hidden there!! So use spoiler images!!!

it might just be a complete coincidence, but does anyone think unbleached Yuki looks like Shiori? Any guesses?

I like how Yuki is unsure about wtf is happening and Tsubasa is trying to include her.
I have a question. If I choose not to do Stomachache does that lock me out of all sexual activity with IO for the rest of the game?

No idea, probably not. You'll probably lose out on the good ending for it. So far red path Io is treating Akira like he'll never force himself onto her, I only see that ending one way. Green Path Io does something different, and I think it matters a lot.
So... wait... the good ending is forcing your self on her? I am even more confused than usual.

I've followed my philosophy firmly and strongly since the beginning of the game.
Green path = Sadness now, overcoming and joy at the end.
Red path = Joy now, 0 overcoming and a good path blocked at the end.
The 0.57 att strongly suggests that yes, Akira learns from his mistakes and can truly mature. He's still a "child" who makes mistakes and learns from them. For me, the stomach ache is currently the most important event on the green path because with it Akira learns that what Sekai did doesn't work, it's wrong. It's still, for me, the second best event in the game and it's only not in the top 1 because I have a big favoritism for Maya. If I didn't, it would be the best and most important event in the game in my opinion.

The assumed good ending is that Io forces herself on Akira, he feels pressured to have sex with her and gives in (stomachache) - it's awful, and they both learn from it, thus enabling them to build a better relationship from having seen eachother at their most vulnerable and real.
If Akira does not have sex with her, Io changes to an adoration of him - like he's her guardian angel. Understandably, many people see this as an invitation to a horrible outcome down the line - because one random act does not change who he is, nor does he learn anything from it.
Edit: People take this to mean that an Akira that has gone through "stomachache", would refrain from putting himself into that situation with Io again. Whereas, the red path Akira has an even more vulnerable and willing Io by his side.
These two make Yuki look like jesus christ. I am very happy to see what Ami did to Tsusaba.
