And that's surprisingly perfect!!! Spoiler images will always be a surprise, it's not something you expect and that's perfect!!! Besides not taking up screen space, it also surprises people and grabs their attention!!! You look and get curious to know what's hidden there!! So use spoiler images!!!

I like how Yuki is unsure about wtf is happening and Tsubasa is trying to include her.
I have a question. If I choose not to do Stomachache does that lock me out of all sexual activity with IO for the rest of the game?

No idea, probably not. You'll probably lose out on the good ending for it. So far red path Io is treating Akira like he'll never force himself onto her, I only see that ending one way. Green Path Io does something different, and I think it matters a lot.
So... wait... the good ending is forcing your self on her? I am even more confused than usual.

I've followed my philosophy firmly and strongly since the beginning of the game.
Green path = Sadness now, overcoming and joy at the end.
Red path = Joy now, 0 overcoming and a good path blocked at the end.
The 0.57 att strongly suggests that yes, Akira learns from his mistakes and can truly mature. He's still a "child" who makes mistakes and learns from them. For me, the stomach ache is currently the most important event on the green path because with it Akira learns that what Sekai did doesn't work, it's wrong. It's still, for me, the second best event in the game and it's only not in the top 1 because I have a big favoritism for Maya. If I didn't, it would be the best and most important event in the game in my opinion.

The assumed good ending is that Io forces herself on Akira, he feels pressured to have sex with her and gives in (stomachache) - it's awful, and they both learn from it, thus enabling them to build a better relationship from having seen eachother at their most vulnerable and real.
If Akira does not have sex with her, Io changes to an adoration of him - like he's her guardian angel. Understandably, many people see this as an invitation to a horrible outcome down the line - because one random act does not change who he is, nor does he learn anything from it.
Edit: People take this to mean that an Akira that has gone through "stomachache", would refrain from putting himself into that situation with Io again. Whereas, the red path Akira has an even more vulnerable and willing Io by his side.
These two make Yuki look like jesus christ. I am very happy to see what Ami did to Tsusaba.

My understanding of Red and Green Paths:
Green Path: Sex now. More sex later. (Terms and conditions may apply.)
Red Path: No sex now, and possibly no sex in future.
All this talk about real ending will only show up to people on Green Path comes from the meta knowledge that every event will be shown to green path. And since green path has lots of suffering in it (stomacache, nodokathon 2) there will be some some reward in it in the form of wholesome and happy ending. And red path players will get some punishment that will make Io relationship way worse and traumatic.
In my opinion, this is a coping mechanism by the players on green path. Their only information comes from selebus in discord, and his other answers to questions about the game, shakes the fundemals of the ideas of sadness now, happiness later and true ending is only for green path.
(Selebus said that the stomacahce is the worst thing will be in the story and his wizard controversy with his supporters)
Now lets forget LiL and imagine this. Your underage relative/friend comes on to you and said s/he was assaulted. Would your reaction to that will be similar to Green or Red path?

Please correct me if I'm wrong, but all we really know for sure is that the green path is the canon path, i.e. what Sel has in mind for the story and red path is any form of deviation from it.
But do we really know if the green path will actually lead to a good ending? We only know that it will be Sel's ending.
What I mean is that I somewhat doubt that Sel will let any red path lead to a terrible and disastrous or even early ending of the game, basically forcing players to replay hundreds of hours in order to get to where they want.
My assumption is that it will mostly be flavor text (or exclusive scenes) and then at the very end, I would assume there will be a true ending for the green path and then just a normal ending for any red path.
We know Sel is rather lazy and I would be surprised if he was eager to implement a lot of branching and different outcomes for the different paths.
Do we actually have any indication from Sel that the purity routes are dependent on the red or green path? My assumption would be no, whereas some character's purity routes might not unlock depending on previous choices (Ami, Maki, Sara, Haruka, wizards, etc.).
That being said, while my original route is on the red path as well, I very much intend to catch up on my green path replay just to see the writer's vision and experience the canon story. And in case there will be a true end that requires it.
