It doesn't at all, as I already said, he is not reloading. His chambers are full. And objects do not hover in air just because. Game doesn't seem to be located in space nor have telekinesis.

Just to be clear on reloading revolver sequence, you have to clear old casing as shown in your video. Which btw you usually do as shown there with barrel up grip down position to help clear them. Then you have to either load your chambers one by one or at best use a speed-loader, then close the cylinder. You probably want to cock the hammer if you're preparing for the (even possibility) of shooting. There is no conceivable scenario outside no gravity or supernatural that you will be able to reload and be at low ready position before old casing hit the ground.

Buuut it is probably already too much on the subject, truly guys, enjoy the game

This is more of an artistic expression rather than a realistic scene. Like that one famous Deadpool poster where he showers in bullets. I promise it makes sense in the story.
