It's a basic and straightforward game that's pretty much a grind with no real effort on the player's part.
There's very simple gameplay with good animations. It consists of managing the beach's atmosphere, the sexual desire of women and men, and increasing the interest and popularity of various sexual acts, an interesting aspect is that different events are treated independently of each other.

U can have a beach full of girls getting ass-fucked, but they are too shy to kiss a stranger. lol

Are you using locale emulator or a different Japanese locale emulator, such as NTLEA?

I use Jap locale(I even reinstalled it), bit the game still doesn't work

Could be the problem. I have had problems with running games sometimes where I need a different emulator. Locale emulator doesn't work, but NTLEA does for instance.
