I honestly do not remember, it's been 2 years man, but something seems to be wrong on your end.
The attack button is the letter "Y", or "Z" on some weird keyboard settings.

It's like that in almost all games of this kind( but Jessica game has the shift button to attack, i wonder if you can change the Keyboard input) but yes is really strange why this one isn't showing the attack action as it should, idk what to do to fix it.

Please re-download the game, apply the updated translation patch, and make a crc32 checksum of the resulting folder using 7zip.
Then compare that with the one I screened for you, just to make sure we definitely have the same files, and nothing was deleted by your AV, OS, or otherwise got changed/lost.

And what or hoe i have to do to implement that updated translation patch? i'm sorry i'm asking so much but i don't have this kind of problem usually and i'm a bit lost XD

Extract the Inmon_v1.5_Translation1.02.zip to your game folder and tell it to overwrite stuff.

This is really funny, you won't believe me, i figured out why it wasn't working already. Do you remember that to attack there was like a sign pointing in which direction was going to go the attack? Well, it wasn't appearing because in the difficulty selection part were an option of changing controls or something like that, i didn't know for what was that but now i know it has to be for the controller, bur i wasn't aware of it because almost everything was working minus the attack sign XD.

Since my other post got "lost" I suppose, here's the updated translation patch again.
Just extract it to the game folder and overwrite to fix the log messages and stuff.

This patch can also be used on the original Japanese v1.5 as it includes all files modified in the translation.

Nope.
But that update also didn't really add anything, besides a button to unlock the gallery immediately, and some image compression.
