Highly recommend the game it's based on first. This is not the story in VN form but more of a spin-off with the same setting and characters. It has an NTR route but it's a short bad end branch that won't even feel like NTR without the other game(which also had NTR but done better).. Overall this ends up just being a fangame and wasn't impressed with the writing or the art. A huge step down from the original story.

What the heck is the original game even? Then again, I'm not into NTR so maybe it doesn't matter for me.

Usually a male protag who is sad about their GF cheating on them, or otherwise being forcefully cucked. And do note when I said it has NTR- its still very light. Thats not the focus at all. You can skip the horror part but just don't bother if horror is something that bothers you because skipping this part will make the rest of the story very confusing and miss a ton of good content.
