Disagree. Why shouldn't it be okay to let others and maybe especially the developer know what some do not like about a game and why some don't like to play it? Why should only the yes-men get a chance to speak?

I think it needs sleep sex or drugs at bare minimum, so I don't disagree about the tags. I think you tend to get people to listen to you when you aren't antagonistic about things. I also think you misrepresent your case, there's no "accidentally" raping someone in this game. You made the choices, they are pretty unambiguous. I don't think a judge would buy it if you said "Well, I took all these steps to creep on this girl and knock her out, but I was totally going to stop just short of putting my dick in her unconscious mouth. I swear!" So the victim card isn't yours to deal.
