His issue is more that there is a tone of new content that goes in a direction that he doesn't desire to see other than just the NTR and some of that content is completely unavoidable.
Think of it like this, your watching your favorite porn getting yourself off then someone walks in the room and changes the porn to something that makes you flaccid. It's all about striking a balance, I can see that now. The more fetishes you introduce to a story the more fans you will attract for that particular fetish. Once something is introduced, it's all about a balance. Trust me I fully intend to respect people's likes and dislikes and to not exclude anyone, I want the story to have something that everyone can enjoy.
Going forward, paths that lead outcomes that people may not enjoy (NTR, Cheating etc.) will be given a fair warning ahead of time for those who want to avoid them.

The voyeur flashback scene in the lab helps explain the story, MC's involvement and the drug.
The daughter flashback scene on the phone was unnecessary and will upset certain people who do not want to see a LI with anyone else.
The daughter masturbation or NTR scene was her reaction to the MC's cum the next morning (either touching or tasting it), but didn't actually need to have NTR.
The BBC seen was not needed (in my opinion), and if it was to show Desmond's power or control over the crew, could have been done differently.

I'm surprised nobody has realised yet that this scene is tying back to an event in Season 1 where the Daughter has a fun dream about her now ex bf. It was just my way of implementing some continuity in the timeline. If it didn't work as intended, that's on me. I will do better next time.

Yeah dude, I'm not against other fetishes getting content as long as it doesn't become "culture shock" all over again. That's how sparks fly. Tensions are only high now because these fetishes came out of left field without warning. Good way to lose a lot of support. Once that dies down making sure there is something for everyone will be beneficial. I do think that adding as many fetishes as possible is a terrible strategy though.
