1. Mugetsu allowed the use of his game materials for everyone before he closed his blog and stopped development. It's weird you don't know that, but you're accusing me of plagiarism.
2. You really think that I just change names and nothing else? Yep, intro is totally the same. Ups, no. I change images, but yes, text is very close. After intro, only the blind can' t see the difference. Download the original game and see for yourself. Like this guy.
3. I take money for my work. Mugetsu took money for his, I hope you don't forgot that in game not his images.
What I'm doing: renders (it's 75-80% of the time). I'm completely rewriting the story, the some moments will be similar, but in general it will be the original stories for most of the characters. I've already completely rewritten the code, and will continue to change it.
In Final it will be maximum 10% from original game. And I'll keep working on making sure it's two different games. So I really don't understand about what plagirising of work you talking about.
P.S You toke game free on pirate forum, by the way.

The Matrix is kinda like take the idea and work on that. The game is "based on" Mugetsu which is why the core is similar or the same. The Matrix just has a same vibe with GitS. You should compare to something else. Maybe compare to movies that based on true story.
10% from story aspect or overall? I think 10% from story aspect is too bold to claim. It can bite your ass later.

Lord of the rings book vs movie is a better comparison. For me, the game is the same about 50%.

Just saying, all the staff in this site will do everything they could to pirate porn games for you guys, and making it easy by provide a direct link & no ads bullshit. And when the developer didn't like the game being pirated in this place and asked to be pull out as soon as possible, the staff won't heed the request.
But on the other side, the staff have good will to promote the game & the dev. When new game thread posted, the link to their original patreon/donation have to be inserted, even giving the developer of the game the ownership of the thread to manage if they want direct interaction with the 'pirate' fans.
Disrespecting the developer of games could result you're getting banhammer for life ... and even some case in the past, ban the IP Address. Yes, you can still making new email & using vpn ... then making another problem, only to be banned minutes later.
The staff of this site saying like this ... "I can ban him for just under 5 seconds, compare to them who need 5~30 minutes making new email & F95 account. Let see who have better determination" -Sam. Plus, this site have report function that can be use at anytime by the whole +500k user (snitcher) who'll watching & reporting these trouble maker for the staff.
