Firstly, I think it should be self-evident that the MC's sister is automatically not like other girls, the whole appeal of incest is the added intimacy of the relationship. In my opinion, with perhaps rare exception, that intimacy is all but obliterated when a sister, daughter, niece, childhood friend, etc... has already given it up to some other guy. In no way am I saying you must or even should make every character a virgin. I'm not even asking you to go back and rewrite Rose, because I've already lost interest in the game anyway so it wouldn't matter. (Also, not every virgin sex scene has to be written the same way, nor does it have to involve blood) I just legitimately don't understand why you made this decision in the first place. At first I thought you made a point as I wrote that stuff 3 years ago, but after looking into it, it became clear that she never was a virgin in the first place. You can see that in the first couple of scenes after the prologue. As for the why? Because I like a diverse cast with different tropes and Rose was supposed to be a major slut but that kinda changed in the second update and afterwards.

There are like 10 virgins in the game and a younger sister who's also a virgin. I think that's plenty.

There's supposed to a funeral scene that plays out a few days after if you do that before the game continues as if you agreed to the liver transplant. There's a few bad endings, and at least one good ending but they aren't really canon so to avoid ruining peoples saves the game just continues after like nothing happened. I think the good ending creates an actual end screen but that one's right at the beginning so it doesn't fuck anyone who takes it over badly.
