Never abandoned was just on hold for a long time. But we are back working on the next update too. The next update will not take 11 months though.

Yes. A while back I announced on Patreon that all tiers would get the version with animations this time around as kind of a celebration that we're finally back, so there is no base game on this version. No need to make one since all the tiers are getting the animations this time around.
