Does that mean the whole game is being redone in renpy or is he just continuing where the game left off in renpy?

It seems the 0.98 version will stay as it is apart from some upcoming bugfixes. VN version will continue where 0.98 ended.
In a previous post he said:
"Unfortunately, I can't go back to fixing the bugs in LAep2 v 0.98 that some of you are writing to me about. If I do this now, it will again distract me a lot from the main work on the game. As soon as I have time, I will fix these bugs and make a clear ending that will take you to the RenPy version of the game."

she will have to face the powerful men of the city she will go to police to ask for help...

And for me, if I missed something in the game and didn't see it, the sex scene didn't happen. How much did Lydia sacrifice to save him, was it worth it? She didn't save herself from the dark, she just became the stupid turbo slut who fucked everything. What a hopelessness, Linda has to fuck everyone in order to get information about her missing husband. Who will come up with? CH1 is unplayable How ugly it is.

CH1 was made more than 7 years ago and the dev was great for that times according to the type of technology he had at his disposal.

My friend, I played too much games like this and got bored of them quickly, empty fucking is boring because there was only one path of corruption that is boring and shallow to me. I also hate it when the game forces me to watch scenes that I would never choose and I can't skip it. I don’t remember there being much choices to not have Lida have sex with someone, especially the hobo, who you even control in part of the game.
I don’t think this game would be to your liking, if you want to play a game that gives the female protagonist multiple choices to be a whore or not, then you should play “ project Myriam”
