i seem to be missing something : i restarted to try and get the xxxl boobs but after i turn down the professor the first time and get the boob job at the hospital he doesn't seem to offer again ... if i take him up on his first offer i stop at xl and then the surgery goes to xxl are XXXL bobbs and ass even possible or not ???? and if so why does he only offer to do it so early in the game ???

i think it might be a minor code issue for the variable if you agree to meet with him in his office you automatically get the shots ....
if you reject you don't even hear him out to know what he is talking about ..............and it seems to close the path
so maybe you hear him out but you are given an opportunity to say yes or no there ..........like
maybe an opportunity to think about it ....and he says let me know if you you change your mind ...... then the code could check the variable to see if you accepted or not ..... if the variable is not met ... the scene could be given an opportunity to repeat after a random number of interactions until you agree to it ....sort of like a qualifier string ... if that makes sense ...
the variable string could then check if conditions were met like an " if " statement

The professor seems to increase both by a maximum of 2 levels.
I cheated myself out of money in an experiment and had the breasts enlarged to the maximum (XXL) in the clinic and did not enlarge the buttocks.
After I then allowed the professor his experiments, the breasts grew to XXXL (i.e. another level), the buttocks to XL (i.e. two levels). After that, it was the end of the road at the clinic for the XXL bottom.

However, it is hardly possible to have all the operations done in the clinic before the professor's offer, because it simply costs too much and the professor's offer therefore comes much too early to be able to maximise it.

In itself, the professor's offer is a money-saving alternative. There would just have to be another series of tests at a later date. Either to use the operations first or to save money for the second time.
But since this would probably also increase the side effects, the second free enlargement would have to be strongly considered.
The hint of Candy1970 seems to me a good possibility here. And to get another shot, Vale could take the initiative herself if she notices that other students are being modelled and she no longer has a unique selling point. With a further enlargement she would have this again.

Personally, I don't want to maximise it at all, but the game is designed in such a way that large melons greatly increase the attractiveness. Not everyone likes huge tits. I even had mine made smaller a few years ago and would like to have this option in the game as well.

I would appreciate it if the pregnancy did not cause the match to be cancelled.
On the one hand, because the first few weeks have hardly any visible or tangible effects to limit life.
On the other hand, as it would enable further content (missing work due to nausea or struggling through the day but losing morale and consequently having to plan differently) and incur costs, for example by having to pay a babysitter.
It increases the pressure.
Nevertheless, there are already possibilities (which could still be developed) to prevent or undo a pregnancy.
This is a good opportunity for a developer to address more players.

yes i can confirm the only way to get to XXXL on both is go have two operations on each neither you can afford by the second week of the game when he makes the offer ......the only way i manged to get there was hitting the back button every time the offer came up til after i had both to XL
...
i can also confirm this does not affect game play in the slightest ,the only change is your pictures in the appearance box ....
so its better to take what the professor gives ya for free , then if you want more go up one more size with the surgeon
XXL or XL is plenty big to get anywhere in the game ....

And that you be a funny line to add ,you go in at XXL and try to get a increase the Doctor should say "whoa is this a joke ???...i am surprised you are not a hunch back carrying around those size knockers ....." ARE you sure you don't want a REDUCTION ??? "

With reference to the first character image, M is already a C cup.

I agree with the pictures, but the animated gifs are shit. They take up way too much space... Regarding the videos, I have shrunk them several times already...

the only thing that needs shrunk that i can see is the store page so you don't have to scroll down every time you want to buy a sandwich the current video's fit the story well especially with the way you describe them in the text .... one thing i have been thinking as i play longer , is the morality bar should be moved down near the lust bar in the GUI for easier reference if possible
other than that the game is progressing fine

for femlifesims and time-sensitive sandboxes some "basic" qol is needed.
---time tweaks (+-1h/1d or day choosing)
---automated routine (i saw some optimisations in mc's shower room, though nothing in public toilet for example - to unite makeup+refresh+perfume&maybe add shaving, etc) anyways, i implied some single (cheat) button in UI resolving everything and at any location .
i play with opened twinhacker just to manually edit looks&hygiene
i am actually not sure if any sandbox player is into that sort of stats management. (feels like devs misconception)
im def not. as it distracts me from completing quest chains or discovering... (and constitutes grind)
---some in-depth author-made walkthrough.
i progressed abit here and there but im sure i missed something. there are(?) some ingame hints (waitasec, i think i read about uni and uncle tasks in some tips section which i cannot see now), some notifications (sign and time), some info in dialogues (which many if not most sandboxers skip through at best. so they can miss something), some things may be intuitively clear ...but when it comes to some trigger-conditions (cash, rep) or locations (like non-lewd workplaces) it is not clear what and when to expect / if anything is worthy of exploring (via grinding, that is, by repetitive visits & actions).

other qol id prolly appreaciate :
-allowing to have numerous jobs (simultaneously. in case there is some content), no firing due to absency ... ofc to keep 'negotiations to keep the job' events (dunno if it is available per each workplace, not sure if it is rng or not...caz i think i was just fired from some places...and with gas station there was xxx content)
-turning off minor events (gum, wallet) . it feels like stalling (thoough i understand that it grants some stats)
-option to skip repeatable sequences (as often u need to click several 'continue' buttons to reach the end of some scenes)
-"emergency" button (just to be insta/auto-teleported to your room)
-better and consistent navigation. (some things which came to mind)
options to go to your street, go to your flat to be always on top (or bottom)
when at home - go outside button on top (or bottom).
closed locations to have different color (say, red) ... unavailable locations (due to low stats) to have different color (say, yellow-orangish)

generally i like the game. constistent multimedia, no bugs, no walls of text, some content

but lifefemsims are too ambitious projects (compared to "straightforward" sandboxes)
imo nobody managed to create a very dynamic environment close to somewhat 'true sandbox' ( including one old and known qsp game which amongst other things was already based on one or two games content). and basically all those games have the same issues (resulting in games being perceived less eventful, less immersive and less rewarding *some games still can be good overall, some not so ...or not at all. )
-questchains seem to be short on tasks (making such less memorable etc)
(in LaU some uni and uncle chains ended rather quickly. on my 2nd gaming session i started beU and corus photoshoots. so cannot tell for now)
-halfempty locations or halfcooked scenarios (not that worthy of exploration)
-rpsim/rng-events and some routines' multimedia value goes to 0 as it is being repeated over and over again.

so personally id advise devs not to disperse their attention and energy and to focus on making one solid lengthy and juicy quest chain per one location (or per one corruption-heavy scenario) ...after that (with the next update for example) move on to another.
