I decided to give it a try again. But it's still the same.

I hate this remake version. It starts in the middle of the story. Dev deleted a big part of content at the beginning and a lot of scenes are out of order. Meh.

edit: Went back over the comment thread and realized this was originally talking about High School seniors. In that case, 40-75% of students would be would be 18 by graduation, likely much closer to 75%. Virtually no one would be 18 at the start of senior year, unless they were started attending school later or had to repeat a year.

tl;dr: College = probably safe and legal. High School = not safe and likely illegal.

By the end of highschool most people are 19 (by year) or minimum 18.

How do I put the gallery unlocker in the game?

all you have to do is extract the gallery unlock file in a folder named "game" in the folder where you extracted the game, the same folder where you find the executables to run the game. Once you place it there, all you have to do is open the game and enjoy the gallery, now fully unlocked

Sorry bro, but I didn't understand anything like putting it in an executable folder where I run the game. I mean, what is the name of the folder where I have to add it? That's the only thing I need to know.

Don't know what country that is, but most in the US are not 18 when they head off to be freshmen to college, if so, they are just turning 18 when they enter college. I know when I graduated ages and ages ago, there was less than 10 out of 100's that were 18 and that was only because my parents wanted me to be "older" when I graduated. The perk of that meant I was one of 5 freshmen in high school that was old enough to drive

Weird.

In Florida at least you have to be 6 to start first grade, add 12 years to that and that means everyone is 18 when they graduate.

The US military has 18 as minimum age unless the parent or guardian signs a waiver also. So 18 is not an unexpected age to graduate high school with.

Not sure when you were in college but the age requirement in Florida has been in place for at least 40 years... As mentioned, other states in the US may have different requirements, but I would say that the majority are 18 or older when graduating high school.
