Lets say it like this... considering the whole game is a mess, the patch is working "somewhat" and with it the game makes just a tiny little bit more sense as a whole. Its an improvement at least and the best i-patch you can get for this hiccup of a game. That said, the i-patch is written a lot better than the game.

I still expect them to release it sooner than later, but in previous updates it was about the same, they said next week, but usually ended up being 2 weeks.
