Nah. Based on what I read on kemono on the update, he is contemplating how to proceed. Seems he added a shit ton of story but not so much porn atm, so he is wondering if he is going to chance up his uploading schedule from monthly or several months apart. Seems like he is working on progression and story for 3 characters at the same time, based on what I read.

I downloaded the latest version of the game but in the gallery when everything is unlocked the scene of the mother's blowjob is not there, did they remove that scene? I saw it in videos of previous versions, or is it that this scene is not added in the gallery and you have to play the story to see it?
