There's a gold rule of trying to put cartoon 3d models and realistic models in one game; don't.

I would've been happy with just the Pixar characters. I was too many of these porn mesh ups of characters, particularly on Pornhub and it looks weird.

the term "isekai" has finally bled into 18+ games hopefully we will see some big games from this idea

Actually the bigger 18+ companies made such games even before some of the users here were born. Little Princess for example, the whole Rance series bases the ingame dates on that game, counting the years after the events of Little Princess, so most should at least know the name.
