Building multiple residences is not a good idea right? I received the blueprints for a few buildings after the tourtorial. What are buildings that are always a good pick?
I just build a tailor.

for starter, store, armory and blacksmith. Tailor is good but you don't need that until winter come

Anyone knows, which events and the exclusive bonus scene are only for the 9 buildings village? And what do they meen by prices for staying under certain circumstances and expanded necessary time for 15 buildings village? Is it realy worth it to play with the 9 buildings village?

In the tutorial there was only mentioned a scene after marriage, but indicated that there would be more... I haven't played a 15 slot map yet... so I can't really compare.
the other "Events" could be dating Events or what ever... maybe you can't get any endings? dunno

if you choose 15 building, you'll missing out the bonus stage where you encounter your other self, get less marriage gift and you wont have access to the beach at south of your farm, which means you will miss free random item and the message in a bottle.

Man, reading comment from people that not even make it to autumn and ask something so basic start to fire me up...be patient will you? after I confess and done sex with Nami so many time and I notice that I just level up H by 1 with her
and after I notice I earn 1500 instead of 1000 in store (and shop sister is bushing on me)
The orc in cave that I do very little damage to it but when I team up with some powerful goddess that can deal with it in matter of sec
I work my butt off 3 store per day and til I can get sec house upgrade and recently I notice the mine behide orc actually can be mine for high value ore so money will no longer be needed when I finally max my house and bought the boat
I can finally learn to make Nami turn high on lust after apply aphrodisiac on her after having sex for so long
and all of that was only in summer first time experince

this slowness of leveling up something make me realize this is kind of game that list in grinding and long term kind of game. Take thing slowly and learn with it

I notice that I fill my town with bushes and 4 street light (9 building slot) I build all store but now I start to notice that 9 building slot really not enough I start to wonder now if I should remove some people house (1 male and 1 female after done with old man quest) because town still list in netural even about 40% toward both law and light

animal shed(default) -> normal house (where you can get golden water) -> big house (2nd floor, marriage become available) -> mansion (where you can hire maid)

I have a few more questions about this game :

1) Moon seems to be default girl. I'm planning to get rid of her and for that I'm regularly insult & fight with her (but her hate building slooooowly) and if in-game help is correct I need to wait 40 days since her arrival. Will it work and I force her leave in such way?

I'm a bit confused because so many screenshots here was with her, but she's really turn off for me So I need to free her residence for someone more... attractive for me ^_^

2) Playing with 9-slots I already able to meet my alter self in girl form. Pictures show clearly that self-cest is an option too. Is it a just single special event scene or I will be able to marry on my alter self later?

3) How (and what!) is determined what girl will join town? I tried to build house in neutral village and after few reloads on it's completion day still get same person (Snow). To savescum that I need to save before I start to build house, right? I really don't like to beat undesired girls to make them leave so want a cheat here =/

Or it's simply impossible and game decide who will join via village alignment? If so - how I get Chaos+Light girl (Tina) and Law+Light (Snow) in my neutral village? There's no more neutral-neutral girls past childhood friend & Moon?

4) Construction of port mention that I'm now able to meet visitors (and it's working). Can I persuade visitors to join my village by brining them enough gifts? And if so - should I have free building slots or I should start building house then try to invite them?

Because I don't see any new option in dialogue with visitor with one free building slot. But maybe I need to bring more gifts

5) Starting pick of "what type of girl you will like" - mean something or not?

6) What a .... is going with Amulet of Gaia? It seems to bestow only partial resistance to negative effects (sometimes they're applied) and fish seems to ignore it completely.

7) In-game help state that Chaos and Dark atmosphere opening rape & cheating. But here I saw several players said that you almost unable to cheat on your spouse. So, what's really happen with Chaos&Dark atmosphere? Your spouse will ignore you're cheating to her or it will just unlock ability to make affairs? You know... just a curiosity

You can get golden water in basic house without upgrades (a bucket in north-east corner). Chance is quite low, but it's possible too. I get 2 of them through first spring.

1) sir, you don't need to beat up a girl for her to leave the town, just change the atmosphere

3) I mean beat me, it's totally random. even when my town is light atmosphere, somehow kat is able to join then the second day she said that she doesn't like the atmosphere of the town, so off she goes then
4) You need to persuade them first then start building a house. This way it will be 100% pick, it will not random like when you build a house normally
5) I honestly don't know about this too
6) yes only partial, you can only get fully negate debuff from purple ribbon
7) chaos and dark only allow rape. cheating doesn't include in the atmosphere, you can cheat whenever you want to as long as your spouse doesn't know. it's just that some heroines allow cheating, mainly the one with chaos attribute (tina and satira).

Silvertsun already answered most of your question, so i'll just add a bit more ..

1) Atmosphere play a huge part on making the villager leave, but i think making them hate you is one of the factor too.
3) The atmosphere helps a bit, but in the end its all about the RNG, What i do is keep reloading until i get the villager i want.
5)The other question give bonus stats or starting item, but that question doesnt give anything i think. Maybe it give more chance to get the villager with personality you chose ? But the wiki doesnt state that unfortunetly..
