brown fur is droped by tarantula monsters in the mine.
haven't checked but I think the tear items could be bought in the furnishment shop and decoration tab from the main house... there was also one you could gain from fishing... but that had a rare chance from what I remember

Derceto tear drop is from the special monster that catch from fishing during summer in darkness atmosphere
You can get rabbit fur from feeding your pet, the rabbit, if you upgrade your house. Brown fur can be farmed the same way by feeding the brown dog pet.

Not sure if I got that correctly... are you askeing wether the games are complete?
if so Drop factory is... the other one is still in developement... personally I am not much of a fan of the later game... artwork isn't good at all and game mechanics seem unneccesary tedious... Drop Factory is fun though

I have been playing for 1 1/2 hours now. ( actually yesterday) and now I was reading a bit in here and I have two questions.
First where can I find chpped wood ( or something like that) in order to build a store i think.
Second I chose the regular island size but is it worth restarting now? Or should I continue with the regular one?

you mean the building slots in a currently game play or wether there will be 9 or 15 slots?
If it's first build staircases and bridges you need atleast 3 stairs and one bridge to access all slots on a 9 slot map.
