Build a new store if you don't have the money reload. If you can't either then save up for option 1

yes you do have to confess before sex, but I think there should be special case; not that I have test it though

chose villagers/characters will have sex without confessing/marriage,
they need to at least like you enough.

I don't know, but if that is the case, that's irritating considering the video club requires coral to build. I just want a high chaos town
