1.Yes he is working and his dev name is Ray-kbys, he just took break from TF and focused on other projects

Already installed to the games in the opening post, one with extra mods one just the translation. Don't use WinRAR. If games are here in the games section translations should be already installed, or at least in the opening post.

Translation is W.I.P most of text is translated , and about 10 % of menu/buttons so quite a lot work left to do.

A long time, as long as you've got that message and not a blank screen I think your ok...

If something goes wrong a different error screen should appear, otherwise they should be good. I think it might take longer depending on how fast your system is.

If you are using HDD it takes about 10 minutes more or less.
But this is only firs time, next time it is much snappier.

I downloaded the 2.5.2 version and i wanted to take the savefile from 2.4 but when i loaded it just showed me a loading screen and after a while it stopped responding. What can i do?

does she only use the name you choose for certain scenes? no matter what i change it to she keeps using Master. i also tried using the cheat names and nothing happened. do i have to progress in the game first?

edit: figured it out and the answer is yes, you can change the name properly after you go to the bone zone. i still don't know what the cheat names are supposed to do, though.

Um if you want to use pre 2.5 save on 2.5 first you need to download clean 2.5 and resave your saves in untranslated then move them to translated.
