Not 100% sure, but...
The top part is to set your name. First button 'sets' it, second button... says "Leave it to me"? Third button is "Not set" or "unset".
The bottom is an expanded "Relationship" setting like the H-Scene Settings we have in 2.5.2 Higher number = spicier/lustier, I believe.
Leave it at 1 if you want to play normal.
0 is Platonic, basically disables H scenes afaik. "You can change this after the game starts, but engaging in H activities disables 0 (Platonic)"

Which file do I download to get the game? Quite confused. Do I need to download the stuff in the Extras to get it to work? Because if I just downloaded the Molested version's Mega file, there would be missing files and the game would remain a black screen when I try to launch it.

There are two main downloads in the opening post. The without mod version just has the translation and partial uncensor already installed, the with mod one has some extra mods included too.
Both are compressed as a 7z so you may need

There's a Yandere mod that changes a few of her lines (like when you leave alone at night) and extends the L3 BJ scene. Nothing official tho, she's 110% precious.
As an aside, my personal headcanon with the yan mod is that she's only doing it to 'cause the MC/"we" asked her to (since you enable it by saying "Yandere" to her in the chat thing)
Edit: Also, was lurking here with the intent to ask if the translators could share a copy of the font they use? I'm bodging my way through fixing my install's bork'd UI trans and it would look way better with it.

It's a mod, you have to have the modded version and you have to turn it on.

Thanks for answer my question you guys. I didn't know if its in the game normally or if it was a mod. I'm kind of curious about what she says or does, but I prefer her normal self who should be protected at all costs. Also, thank you Knight for the link to your post.
I'll spare you the character breakdown and say that she doesn't go full yan, as in no murder or anything. She just gets a little more possessive in a way that, I think, fits her personality (as she is right now).
