To get the latest version of everything check the guide here. In the MEGA folder linked there with the mod pack there's a txt file listing what it and the translation patch contains. The two MEGA folders linked in the opening post are two different mod makers collection of things, the other links are what they say.

I haven't checked in with this place since 2.4. Looks like it got updated to 3.X. I'm just looking for a translation patch and I usually come here for it. What's this about a modpack? Sorry I prefer to keep the game as close to vanilla as possible for authentic, almost original headpats for Sylvie <3

There has been a few completed and abandoned tags randomly added recently, think this was one of them. The

With the game currently in the opening post shorten the very long 7z name before extracting it, or make a copy of 3.0.22 instead.

The instructions for getting the modded and translated version are for 3.022.
Is this the latest ?
Because there seems to be an 4.xx version, which one is the actual "latest" one ?

Shorten the 7z file name before extracting it, if the folder insides name is too long shorten that too. Or again use the download and links in that post to make a copy of the 3.0.22 game instead.

4β is just a beta version to test some possible changes, the patch makers are ignoring it.

The Author doesn't update because he hates sites like this, but yeah I agree it needs the Abandoned tag with how pissed off the Author was I don't see him continuing.
