Have a look at the recommendations here. If you haven't tried them Ray's other games Love at First Sight, Butterfly Affection and maybe (the demo of) Determinable Unstable.

just played Butterfly affection, really enjoyed, even rated it which is something I don't do often. and now I'm trying Determinable Unstable. Fear keeps mentioning a doctor, and we play as a doctor in Teaching feeling. I doubt its true but I hope Fear isn't Sylvie because that means we failed.
Is somebody aware of some similar game if I am not counting: Love at First Sight, Butterfly Affection and Determinable Unstable?

Check the recommendations thread linked just above, the fox girl game keeps getting delayed unfortunately.

Yep, tfpatchguy has their own voice mod in their MEGA folder. The prepatched games in the opening post is not tfpatchguys.

It has been (at least twice) it's why there's now the two prepatched games there. At the time the modded transfix contained everything that would work, so that was a all-in-one. The voice mod is the only other thing and it was made after.
Patch updates were posted here as they made them by prezmo, so it's all focused on their transfix. See the uploaders note in the opening post. But not the bit about extra clothes, custom clothing is reactivated on both.

Keep playing and being nice to Sylvie and it will eventually appear, you don't bring it up but unlock it. It'll show up here...

As far as I know it only works with the modded version. Only tested it out once so I'm not too sure how well it works.

Just buying it is recommended. You could always get it from PrZemo's MEGA in the opening post.
If you're gonna get TFpatchguy's anyway you might as well use his revamped version of the voicemod.
