Nope. Probably never will be completed. For now, 3.0.22 is the most complete as far as I know.

Here. The translation patch and mod pack are still getting regular updates, so they're not installed but there's instructions and the game does most of it now. There's usually very little new actual content from the developer.
Can you play this using joi play?(android) i tried to do it and i choose the exe file and whenever i start it it always show black screen pls help

i downloaded the tfpatchguy's mega stuff but wen i follow the directions in the text files i just get a black screen how do i fix it

Without the 32Bit executable installed 3.0.X (and the beta) is pretty sensitive to the file address, don't have it too deep in folders or have any unusual characters in there. 3.0.22 with everything done but the translation and mods is here.
When i try to extract the zip file it says i do not have enough storage but i do (154gig free) is there a way to fix this and in that case how?

Probably means the other type of memory, if your dragging the game out maybe try the extract here option. The 7z archive in the opening post has a very long file name, that can cause (other) problems and can need shortening.
There's alternatively the 3.0.22 version you can make.
Why doesn't this thread get updated now?And will there be the newest version with all patches on?(I mean translation and decensor)
