Look at the size difference, przemo couldn't work on theirs for very long. No decensor, not a lot translated and no mods. You want to use .
The patch for 2.5.2 currently in the opening patch was made by przemo. Most of the mods are the old 1.9.2 ones converted over the the new game version, but there are a few new additions taken from...

Think it's unlocked by two hundred ish lust. When I moved my save over to the game with tfpatchguy's patch is was just there on most of the saves, in the sexy underwear section of the closet.
If you have more specific information or can share your experiences about the additional content, I could provide that to the modders in the 4chan thread and see if they can't be implemented in the modpack in some way.
