You need to talk to her when your friendship is above 50 until she mentions that you are a doctor.

i even did that still whasnt able to help her when she whas sick
its ether that or just nothing
and i am on 94friendship
and i am still geting the diyng part i am still unable to help her
it took every time 3 time sections in which i could have headpatted her 2ce for it
and that's the reason i whont make it on 100Friendship lvl
really tryd it i never had this whit the older version never
so i dont know what's causing this.
its like impossible iff i had 1 more day i could make it
i have a save when she sayd it but that whas every time after 2time sections at the third she finnaly is saying which i lost 2x headpatting which could lead me to saving her

Fast question guys. Is there any point in playing the Platonic route? (the route where you will not do lewd thing to selvie) I currently playing that route and I am wondering if there will be a story progression of some kind after you live with selvie for x amount of days.

i need to know how much friendship and trust points you need since i do every thing you sayd from the monet i DL'd it and started it and every time it leads to her dead annoyingly
At Trust 30, you can try to talk to her until she mentions you being a doctor and you being [kind]
At Friendship 40, you can try to headpat her until she says [kindness]
Those seems to be flags needed to be raised beside from buying her clothes and saying it was cute and feeding her pancakes.
All in all, you need 50 trust and 50 friendship by day 14-15 in order to succed in nursing her back to health.

There is a 4.0 version of the summary post linked in the 3.0 summary post. Check it here. The only mods available are the translation/decensor and the translated buttons (which is seperate).
The scenes with Nephy and Aurelia were part of a Chinese mod that was ported only to 3.0 so far. The download on the front page has most of the mods but is outdated patch-wise. Go to the 3.0 summary post here and download the version at the very bottom titled "Teaching Feeling 3.0.22 (with everything tfpatchguy 17/11/2024)" for the latest patch
The mod adding the Chinese mod scenes is linked there but will not work on the new patch. If you intend on using that mod as is, use the version of 3.0 on the front page, or look at the mod here which IS compatible with the latest patch but includes more.

I was getting really crap performance outta version 4 of this game while on Linux using WINE and Proton. Found this little tidbit on
locate libglesv2.dll and delete it, runs fine afterwards.
That file is located in the root of the game. I didn't delete it. I did the change file extension to .bak and the game runs fine now.

Hey, nice people a quick question.
I started a playthrough of 3.0.22 with the mods in the linked post and i can't seem to raise her Lust anymore. It just does not raise after the first time where you get 5 Lust. Having Sex the next day raises it to 6 and after that it drops to 0. And then, no matter what I do, her Lust does not raise anymore. Sometimes it raises by a point and resets to 0 the next morning.
My settings for her Lust are at 2, so it should not drop. But no matter which Setting i use nothing changes. I tried redownloading and installing, starting new saves with different Settings and, yeah nothing helps. In 2.5.2 i never had this problem. So i tried the same with 4.0.6 and there it works as intended. Lust drops by 5 every morning but i can also raise it normally during the night.
Searching this thread showed one person with the same problem (from 2021 i think) and the answer he got was that it is a thing specifically with 3.0.22 and the Lust just doesn't show but you can still trigger Events normally. So i tried that and it did not help either.
Considering how popular this game is, i'd expect a lot more people to have this problem and ask about it, so i think it has to be an anomaly and something that can maybe be fixed. Has anyone an idea?
4.0.6 also looks good but i really, really want to try 3.0.22 with the Mods. It is years since i last played so i was pretty excited to dig in and play. Help is greatly appreciated!

I have to say, I have never really noticed this, but yeah, it will go down even on higher H-settings.
Looking at the files, seems it happens because certain conversations are coded to reduce lust no matter what. Most of them early game "talk" interactions. Patting Sylvie's head to pass time does not reduce lust but talking and seeing those conversations will. Specifically the one where Sylvie mentions "objects, feelings, and memories..." will reduce it by one no matter the setting.

Is this the behavior you are experiencing? Or is a more fatal error where it all goes away at once?

I loaded a save where she had the beginning 6 Lust and talked to her during the whole day and her Lust stayed at 6. The next morning, without having Sex, it dropped to 1 and the morning after that to 0.
The same thing but with Sex in the evening. Lust dropped to 1 and to 0 the morning after even with Sex.
Then i patted her head during the day and went to sleep without Sex. Same thing. Lust to 1, then 0.
I repeated it with Sex in both evenings and the same thing. lust to 1 and then 0.
