Is it intended to be this easy in the real game? Theres no slow corruption here, everyone throws themselves at you and stats like love increase for the stupidest reasons, there doesnt seem to have been an effort to imagine how the women would really be thinking or acting

This versión is just to showcase the general idea.
Is it going to be easy? Yes. But corruption should be much slower in the final game.

When we get much more content into the game, I'll be able to afford blocking the player out of routes/scenes or enabling others based on the gameplay, the starting blessings are a good example of this, right now they don't do anything but are a high priority for the next update.

Its Alfa 0.8, then comes the full Demo, after that Beta releases, after that the full game.

Honestly shows a lot of promise. I noticed I didn't get the ice cream or boob events with Kim my first time around, the game ended before they showed up.
I'm a bit skeptical of the job interview Chloe does in the near beginning and the MCs response to that. I can't in good confidence give this game a good review with what seemed like sharing/cuck bait. Let's hope it doesn't come to that.

The resolution of that event will leave that very clear.

The only cheating that will occur is MC corrupting other people's love interests, currently unavoidable but might be optional in the future.

While I don't have much business giving advice, I do feel compelled to say that you should perhaps add a little something to that scene sooner rather than later. Simply because the MC seems perfectly open to what the interviewer suggests and there is no player agency in the MCs reply.
Or just add something in the OPs dev notes.

Thanks for your input, I will be adding a detailed FAQ on the dev notes later for sure.

As for the MC's reaction, I'll put a pin on tweaking those dialogues, but it's important to me that the MC doesn't come out as a prohibitive person because

Beautiful LI makes this a promising start.... the writing needs to be fleshed out and the characters need more of an introduction so we can feel engaged with them. but over all I have high hopes you'll pull it all together and create a great VN.
