Just had this error on the game right after Mary asks about Marriage. I clicked Yes and there was dialog then this:

If you mean the one from her ending - you have to reject ex-girlfriend and reject Mary near the end while obviously accepting all of Simone's choices before.

Unfortunately you cannot get some endings without fixing the error.
