Its called Patch and its on the OP called Incest Patch.
The real story had to be changed because of patreon rules several years ago and that is why it does not make since without the patch.

From what I remember, technically this one is also abandoned. He gave it something of an ending, but it was far from finished. I don’t remember why he stopped developing it though.

Dev just gave up making games, it is still stay on the f95 ,maybe another day this game will have a real ending

So what if the game is finished? The game isn't complete. The developer rushed it and didn't finish it. He marked it as finished, and that's it.

The point, I think, is that if the dev says it's completed, this isn't going to get any second season or anything. Development on this won't continue. So in that sense, it is finished, regardless of how you might feel about it.
