As long you don't have vin_NTR or vin_NonConsensual turned on, no NTR/kinky stuff will appear. But it is just more likely that your girlfriend will protest or get angry if you do sth they don't like (cheating or flirting with others). On the other side it will happen that if you have a masochist stat of 75+ that sometimes it will be more hard to break up with your girl (because she will not let you). That's all. Same counts for The New Goodbye, no NTR if vin_NTR is turned off. The New Goodbye will also provide you with an analysis function and a lot of options to manipulate your companion, so you can change their masochist stats.
Better Pregnancy has this already included, but there is no kinky scene or NTR stuff included. But if your pregnant girlfriend has a -75 masochist stat and you 75+, she will be a pain in the ass during her pregnancy and force you to go with her to courses and health check and sometimes bring her food and demands you to entertain her.
