Wish you could take over/buy office building and make them a certain business, some examples would be Mail Service, Bank Building, Private Security, Paper Service etc.

Well, you can do so. When you are at coffee shop, hair saloon, hotel etc... there is option take over the business. If you have enough money, you will take it over.

Sorry i should have said i already known about the take over of the bars, hair saloon etc. i just ment i want to take over an office building the main place where you usually get a job at the start of the game

They're all in, but the transformation is very underdeveloped and the interracial is more due to random character generation instead of explicitly seeking it out.

Prostitution is also very underdeveloped unless you have sb's PYG mod, which is woefully past an update being due.
In this version,has the bug been fixed? - is the vagina visible through the texture of clothing?

I forgot about prostitution in the game, which says a lot really.
To be fair it's one guy working on it. He has a lot of different aspects to develop including bug fixing / stabilizing what's already there.

On a more serious note, all the "careers" except for the office and university could do with a lot more love. And by that I mean medicine, modelling, hooking and porn. Currently it feels like there is one viable work route and a ton of side activities.
And, yes, I am the that one person that wants more non-porn stuff in a porn game.
Do you think we will ever be able to insert/develop faces of our own choosing like in SIMS?
THAT would be cool. Also being able to switch to family members.
