The game looks for text files with appropriate extensions under LifePlay/Content/Modules/$MOD_NAME. For example, base game content is under vin_Base. Documentation can be found under Docs/Modding.

I recommend starting a new mod rather than editing existing files, as it means you don't have to worry about updates overwriting your work. To do that, make a new folder under the modules directory and inside it make $MOD_NAME.lpmod. Inside a mod, folders don't matter. The game will attempt to load every recognized file. (That said, folders are really helpful for us humans!)

You know, before I even started to play, I got curious on something in terms for my laptop...Is it possible to work out the graphics in options or do I have to deal with how they are? I'm just asking in case it is possible to lower them cause sometimes my laptop starts venting too much and noisy trying to handle it.

A silly question, because the scales warn of animation breakage. But will the scales ever be made compatible with animations?

That is the file that you should see as well but I am afraid your Problem will remain. I even bought some cooler board with 4 Vents but it doesnt help that much when playing a game. It even gets hot when I play Master of Magic from 1994. So PC is the only real solution.

Quick solution is, selecting fastest/smallest map and decreasing shadow quality in the options menu. For other hints, check the attached file.

I'm really dead confuse with comments ... like it's god send porn games. All I see messed up animation activity, buggy conversation (switched) & confusing menu. Last I play probably 2 years ago and it's not this messy. This game need limitation & structured UI, instead pointless selection. I really have no idea to enjoy this game. This game is a modder playground, not for pervert-normies.

I do not agree with that, the game is great and it will be even better thanks to Vin and modders, for me everything in the game is clear and transparent, if you don't like it, don't come back to it all the time and don't play - its simple and best solution will be create your own cool game, I would love to see your great product, so let's go, I'm waiting for the results!
