Yeah I hope this can be fixed soon, I can never find an NPC with more than 5% base fertility. Breeding parties are a real letdown because even with 100 PC fertility I can never seem to impregnate someone without adjusting their stats to a more reasonable level first (which you can't even do till you add them to contacts first), so there is really no point in going to them.
There is a technical workaround I found if your ok with the fantasy races.
- Find the fantasy .txt's (Lifeplay\LifePlay\Content\Modules\vin_Base\Presets\fantasy), open the ones as desired and find the "///STATS" section
- Find then modify/add the line "STAT fertility_npc: 100% 20.0=>40.0" (this is mine for elves, goes between 20%-40% on generation), modify as desired.
- Now turn the spawns of Humans off in the game generation menu (As much as possible anyway. it might not be possible as I have yet to play around with it too much) and adjust the others as desired (5/1/4 for Elves/Orcs/Vampires for me right now lol).
- Have fun

p.s. This is just completely theoretical I haven't extensively tested or played around with this, but it APPEARED to be working with the setting I have so it should be fine.

Edit or override the file vin_Pregnancy/Stats/fertility_npc.lpstat to have a higher DEFAULT_VALUE.

I just finished reorganizing my collection of edits and tweaks. Each is organized as its own mod, so no overwriting original files. Each also has a readme describing the edits I made to the contained scenes.

EDIT: Git really wanted to tag these commits with my regular account! Protip: set GIT_COMMITTER_NAME and GIT_COMMITTER_EMAIL environment variables when committing if you don't want to use your system-wide default.

Much appreciated - looking through these they're all great quality-of-life changes! If I might ask, how do you go about setting up mods to overrule original files? I've been wanting to change the probabilities of some events triggering, without having to constantly overwrite originals and then do so repeatedly with every update.

I just started the same Modpack yesterday for my game, because I'm mainly playing a trans and only have half the male scenes, before giving up halfway. I found that the events weren't written taking the game's capabilities in mind. There are too many scenes repeated rather than having a stat check, or written for a specific kind of character and without thinking about how the player's character will be.

The best example is the cms_cuck_dad (+ passive and impregnate). Those scenes don't work if the dad is trans(in the base game, greenpanzer modded them for that). The scene impregnate should be included with the usual impregnation chance and passive or not could be picked when the mother has a higher pervertedness than the player. Speaking about mother, there is no reason the scene should be limited to son + mother : you could do any combinaison and it would still work. Last thing, it doesn't take into account anything about sum/dom, dad divorces if he catches you, even if he's max sub and cucked on the regular.

I was willing to rewrite some scenes, but seeing so many thing wrong in the few I did, I gave up...

Here's my second mod.
As promised I would implement plastic surgery, but as stand alone. Despite the fact that a few things are only accessible when PimpYourGirl is installed.

It's called: Beauty Expansion (Plastic Surgery)

This is a beta version at first, because there are a lot of model changes in it. Please test it and report bugs if you find.
This mod changes your 3d models when you do certain actions or do the plastic surgery!
Please use an extra save slot to make sure you can go back if you do sth you don't want!


This first version contains:
Improvements and additions to every beauty salon location on your map.
There you can now book different beauty treatments and also access the plastic surgery with some small story events.

New actions
1. Change hair color of your companion, also let her/him choose if she/he is dominant (will change stats + haircolor ingame)
2. Buy eyelash extensions for companion (will change stats + sets all lashes to maximum ingame)
3. Buy fake nails for companion (stat changes)
4. Book a beauty treatment for companion (will change stats + improve make up if not at maximum)
5. Buy waxing for your companion (will change stats + remove all body hair)
6. Buy a hair cut for your companion (stat changes)
7. Book teeth withening for companion (stat changes)
8. Ask your companion if she wants to do plastic surgery (highly stat based and only for female/trans / will change stats as well!)

The options for plastic surgery are: Lip injections, Face lifting for older npcs, Fat removal (in 2 levels), low profile boobjobs (B,C & D) and some DD options.
But as long your companion isn't a prostitute in PimpYourGirl or she is not really into you, it will be hard to convince her to do plastic surgery.

- HUGE improvement of the lips design (way more sexy!)
- Added few small new story events during plastic surgery
- Removed all NPC stats that were needed (Now this is handled through a new function from vinfamy)
- Added support for coming mods

Check the picture, these changes are made through the mod without opening the appearance menu or using cheats!

INSTALL:
Download and extract the mod into Content/Modules
Make sure you don't leave an extra directory level for the mod, meaning:
For Better Pregnancy for example, it should go like this:
Modules/sb_BetterPregnancy/sb_BetterPregnancy.lpmod
and NOT
Modules/sb_BetterPregnancy_v1_3/sb_BetterPregnancy/sb_BetterPregnancy.lpmod
(If this is the case after you extract the mod, you need to move the sb_BetterPregnancy folder out to
Content/Modules and delete the (now empty) sb_BetterPregnancy_v1_3 folder)
After this, make sure the mod is active in the Mod Manager.

IMPORTANT! PLEASE DELETE THE OLD MOD FILES BEFORE INSTALL AN UPDATE!
OTHERWISE SOME FIXES WILL NOT WORK!

When you enable the mods in-game, make sure Vinfamy's mods are at the top, so they load first. Any mod that comes after that contains a file with the same name will replace the original in memory. If you then download and apply an update, modded scenes will continue to use the modded version. That's exactly why I packaged the tweaks I was making as a mod - to avoid juggling edited files when applying updates.

I was willing to rewrite some scenes, but seeing so many thing wrong in the few I did, I gave up...
I found it easier to start with small changes, gradually doing more as I got more comfortable. It helps that a lot of benefit comes from simply changing X.isMale() to !X.isFemale() and Y.isFemale() to !Y.isMale(). I'm still shying away from changes that involve significant original writing, cuz I know I'm weak there.

See that's what I don't understand. The settings I have should be ok but it just isn't reading them right or something. I even have it as the first mod in the list so there shouldn't be anything changing it. My current default is at 25 right now. Is there a bug somewhere or am I just dumb?

Raise the min value to 40
and then set Default to 50

You should see a noticeable change for any NPC created after that's loaded. Existing NPC's will have to be manually changed.

So I did what you said but nothing's changed. What happens is that the NPC's default doesn't change essentially. The stat itself defaults to 40 since what ever is generated is lower somehow, then the calculation for the stat appears to go off of what the preg info says the stat is instead of the actual stat is for some reason, which is somehow always "Vanilla" defaults or something, no matter what I set the default too in the lpstat file. After I change it manually it resets and corrects itself in the preg info and calculations. It's just really strange cause I'm pretty sure this was working in 3.19. I'm pretty convinced there's something on my end since everyone is giving the same advice and there isn't anything I can really do about it other than that work around I discovered with the fantasy races.

So I recently updated to the most recent version and there's something up with the map: it doesn't seem to want to load any locations around my current one. Whether I'm zoomed in or out, there's just nothing there. I can highlight buildings with my cursor and it'll tell me what's there, but they don't pop up on the map. If I scroll all the way out it'll highlight stuff across the city, but never anything nearby. Is there a fix for this? Or did I break something?

Hi!

As far as i understand from the interactions like 'excercise together' or 'practice language' only my character benefits (get stats)? (exept the private training and reading)

Someone know what actions or interactions raise the NPC companion 'Interpersonal skill'? (i only know the 'Train customer service' atm)

And if we here i think littlebit unfair, if i takeover an entertainment business (like a stripbar) only the technical (intelligence) and communicational (interpersonal) skills count. (Funny to a whore need to be a rocket scientist to success his work as an employee in a brothel, and meanwhile an ugly asexual nerd ass take from me a fat coffer of money per month ;) )

That might just be a bug; I've noticed similar behaviour when editing sexuality, for example. Sometimes edits just don't take, and that baffles me. You might get better luck posting to the support channel on the discord.
