If this helps, I play as a hetro male, with males almost off on preferences, so that there are very few males when i play, and as long as I Dont add any new clothes to my male character the game plays with no crashes, when i went and added new clothes to the male it froze and stayed like that, females were running around with new clothes on and it did not crash or freeze, not untill new male clothes were added to my inventory, not complaining,,,:) just explaining

I have some questions regarding the logic when writing scenes. Particularly concerning how the game engine calls them.

I believe that setting scene frequency only ties to the "timeout" function. Meaning if a scene is written as timeout(300) and the scene frequency is 10 then that scene can't be called for 30 hours. Is that correct?
Timeout for pregancy is 280 or 9 monthes give or take a few days

Yeah have had crashes as well on a completely new game. In my case they mainly happen when try to jump to current location of a girl in my adress book, while loading that location. When go to that same location manually if know where it is crashes seem not to happen.

Is there a way to mod the game so female caracter would have male hair/bodyhair or to have piercings?

It was impossible to do anything without a crash with old saves.
I deleted the old saves from the saves folder, but they were still listed on the game itself to load. Game still crashed.
When I deleted manually the saves on the game's list, then everything started to work fine.

Basically:
-do a backup of old saves on a separate folder (so, NOT on the Lifeplay folder) and name it something the game shouldn't read (like "backup saves", since there's no folder inside the game like that)
-delete any old game version (since the new game will look for any save).
-When in-game (in the new version), go to "load", and old saves will be listed there. Delete them one by one.
Technically, the simpliest way is to just start a fresh clean game with the new version.

I tried adding a f**ton of mods, and game worked fine, spent literally all night playing without issues... ti'll at some point (around a week in-game), *fatal error*.
From that spot, I found impossible to advance. Working is a sure crash (might do a couple actions before crashing). I can do a couple other actions, or go to other locations, but eventually get a crash and can't "survive" the day.

One thing i did noticed:
crashes seemed to start after I did a second save (I was saving on slot 1, then made a game decision, and saved on slot 2). Not sure but seems like that was the point.

Then, when I checked the saves folder, there was a 3rd misterious save I didn't made, which was absolutely empty except the "player" file.
The other saves (1 and 2) had the usual files (player, kids, npcs) but half the NPCs were blank/empty files. If I recall correctly, each save file lists data of every potential NPC.
And then, the "session" save folder (which is like a 0 folder) doesn't lists my character at all, and all NPCs are empty too.

I tried deleting the misterious number 3 save, and I got to do more actions, but then the fatal error happens at some point.

This could the problem:
the game tries to load a place or an action, and the potential NPCs are empty (judging by the save). Crashes apparently happen (for everyone) when there's new people around.
And I found that misterious save very suspicious too.

On a side note, the game never looked better.

The new clothes do work well, and places now have more "feeling". For example, going to "place of worship" now has actual nuns, there are waitress on pubs, etc etc. Even the wedding clothes and medical coat have been fixed.
And almost no clipping! There's bits of skin ocasionally, but very minimal compared to older version. Even extreme morphing works well with clothes.

Seems like models also had touch ups, orks now actually look good for example, and guys aren't a bunch of old fatties.

The results for the Kinks of the Month poll for June are as follows (Main Poll Votes + Bonus Poll Votes = Total)
  • Missionary (paul Ince...) 52+25=77
  • Group Sex 42+20=62
  • Reverse Cowgirl (Rap... music) 24+12=36
  • Netori (you're the bull) 17+15=32
  • Elves, Orcs and Vampires 19+13=32
  • Netorare (you're the cuck) 20+6=26
  • Old-Young 16+8=24
  • At Work 19+5=24
  • Watersports 13+8=21
  • Trans 14+6=20
  • Tentacles 12+8=20
  • Vore 16+4=20
  • BDSM 12+6=18
  • Transformation 9+9=18
  • Cowgirl (bill Corr...) 12+3=15
  • Lesbian 10+5=15
  • Interracial 10+4=14
  • Non-NTR Voyeurism 7+5=12
  • Gay 8+3=11
  • Foot Fetish 6+2=8
  • Toys 5+2=7
  • Scat 3+2=5
Accordingly:
- Missionary (paul Ince...) will be the focus of v4.2 (ETA: 18 June). The community brainstorm period for this kink will be from today to 11 June. If you wonder why such a vanilla thing like missionary wins a kink poll, I suspect this has more to do with some third-party modder promising to add something to their mod if missionary wins, but this modder isn't affiliated with me in any way of course.
- Group Sex will be the focus of v4.3 (ETA: 28 June). The community brainstorm period for this kink will be from 14 June to 21 June.
This way, each KotM update has one week for the community to brainstorm ideas for, and another week between the brainstorm's conclusion and the release date for me to actually work on these ideas and add to the game.
Both kinks will then be excluded from the polls for July and August, allowing others to have a go

Are you using mods made for older versions? They're a likely source of errors as well.

I started playing 4.0 Stable with a new save and not loading any mods beyond the "unofficial" NonCon/Bestiality/Corruption/Incest patch (which is updated for 4.0 Stable), and played for probably 2-3 hours yesterday without a single crash.

People complaining of crashes should probably indicate if they are loading old saves or adding mods which are not yet updated or confirmed working with 4.0 Stable yet.
The release notes for 4.0 Stable even indicate that a lot of old crappy clothing was removed from the game, so any mods or saves referencing those would cause problems. Probably a bunch of other stuff removed or changed which could cause problems, too.
Nope, no mods other than the NC one from page 1. No old saves. A fresh download and a fresh file. And whenever I go to a place with people in it the game crashes and displays a "fatal error" message. Tried both, the 32-bit and the 64-bit version. I don't think I'm the only one with these crashes. I've seen other people post about them here too.

The crashes happen 95% of the time and seemingly while the game is loading in people. It might be something related to the clothes. What can I do to affect the loading process? I have already tried changing the performance options, but the game still crashes. Can I turn some clothes or morphs on and off? Would it help to post some logs? If yes, where can I find those?

I also think the crashing may be related to the game attempting to call old clothes. I had no problems creating and dressing a PC and no problems creating NPCs. However, it would crash when I would 'go to location' of an NPC I created. It would load all building and objects, but as soon as the NPC would get ready to load - crash. World Generated NPCs had no issues.

I saved right before clicking 'go to location'. Then clicked it. Crash. Then loaded the game back up. Clicked it. No crash. It might just be something to do with temporary stored files that once they are over-written the game is good. Haven't had a crash for an in-game week now.

No idea if any of this is related to the crashes or just dumb luck.
I have exactly the same problem. I experimented a bit and tried your reload procedure. But I only got it to work once. That one time I saved right before clicking to go to a location making the game crash. I then loaded the save up again, clicked to go to the same location again and avoided the crash. Entering a different location after that produced no problems. But then I wanted to try it again in order to test the consistency of this work around and I couldn't get it to work ever since.

You're a hero.
Will try it right away, I absolutely forgot about the damned appdata saves, but was sure the game had another type of save aside of content/saves.

I have the exact same problems.
Try the above (deleting old saves manually if they exist still.)

One thing I noted, is that right before the crash, some things glitched.
The very first crash I got, I saw my character change for a second, all her morphs reset to default basic figure. It was a "entering location" crash.
The second time, my chara froze, her hair got all pixelated and crash. It was a "doing X action" crash.
(and my PC is powerful enough to run at maxed settings with zero lag or graphical problems)

After cleaning the old saves, these never happened again.
I played for quite some time (both in-game and RL lol) before getting a crash, but now I'm stuck, I can't seem to bypass the current crash, it happens eventually during the day (I did the exact thing, changing actions and places to go. In my case, work is sure crash, so I tried going somewere else or doing other things, and more or less can advance but eventually... crash.)

the real question is when will this game let us make furries and monsters and weird stuff like that
You can always do custom skins.
(I'm actually doing a set of varied skins/tattoos just for fun -and contribute with at least something-, but it'll take some time. Unfortunately I dunno how to get or replace the clothes skins, or I would do tons of them too)

With so many morphs available, I think it could be possible to get some weirdness.
For example, face morphs allow a sort of muzzle if you want a furry, or noseless face if you want an alien, etc etc.
Body morphs won't let you change parts (i.e. paws instead of hands/feet), but you can morph practically any body part to get almost any shape. You could reduce feet, increase calves and thighs and get pseudo-furry legs, for example. It just takes a bit of experimentation with the "advanced" -instead of visual- morph settings.
Then, just a skin swap, and that's it.

OK new install... no saves and the game still crashes after a while (fatal error) ... anyone found a workaround?
On another note... the game is starting to be looking good!

If you have the same type of crash as me - a go to location crash - then you can try saving just before clicking to go there (have the drop down menu open). Then you reload that save you just created and click to go to the location. This seems to help... sometimes. And I have not run into any other crashes after I got it to work, but I might later.
