The sex in this game is incredibly tedious. I think the stamina management is the worst part of this game so is there a way to remove that shit?

Version 3.11 was when to sex stamina management was introduced.
You could maybe download 3.10 & add the some content from 4.27 to it, but not sure what take/remove/ignore.

Stamina scales off of Fitness I believe, so you can give yourself a high Fitness to massively boost it. If you're having problems with NPCs having low stamina you can edit them to increase their fitness or just set their energy to max if you know you're about to initiate sex with them so they're at max stamina going in. That said, I don't think I've ever actually had my PC or an NPC run out of stamina so I'm curious as to whether you're having like marathon sessions or something.

I frequently set my PC to have maximum stats because I don't like grinding for stats. Due to this the NPCs frequently pass out during sex because they have far fewer stamina compared to my character. It's still a stupid mechanic though since who on earth wants a stamina system for sex? what does that accomplish?

I do agree that it is a stupid mechanic and there should definitely be an option to turn it off.
Saw in discord that Vinfamy got a mild case of covid, so it will be updated friday i think.
You know that Feb has only 28 days, so it hasn´t been 10 days since the last one?
every character i meet are pitch black and i have to keep randomising the skin to see them and i have been looking everywhere to fix it, anyone know whats wrong?

Who gives a shit about realism in a porn game. I'm not saying that there's no place for realism, but gameplay should always come first.
umm wwell there are sport centers in the game to work on stamina,....with other words,that is gameplay......

What I meant was realism shouldn't be detrimental to gameplay, which the stamina mechanic is. There's a mechanic in the game where people have certain 'likes or preferences' wherein, if you pick sex positions they like, their arousal increases and if you pick positions they don't like, characters lose arousal. On their own the 'preferences' and 'stamina' mechanic would be okay, but if you combine them together then you get this frustrating gameplay where you HAVE to pick certain animations so that you can go beyond certain speeds (Because they ain't wet if their arousal is too low) and if you want them/you to cum and all of this within a limited time.
there are a few npc manager mods avaible,but you also can create your own family go to contacts and then add family at the top you can change the relationship and their stats
That's in the game now. For the player character there is support for everything you listed. For npcs there is support for relationships of types dating, spouses, siblings, parent-child, cousins, boss-employee and co-workers. The problem is you kind of have to do it all manually. Like if you give your player character a sibling, a mother and a father it won't make your mother and father spouses and it won't make your sibling the child of your mother and father. You have to do that yourself as well. There's an npc manager in the game for that. For the most part that doesn't matter though because every scene I've seen grabs npcs in relation to the player and not each other, e.g. if it wants to make your boss have an affair with your co-worker it just grabs your boss and your co-worker and doesn't really care if those npcs have the boss-employee relationship.

- This is a Kink of the Month update focusing on Tentacles. This is a brand new kink introduced to the game as an optional module, disabled by default, so Esc > Mod Manager to enable it first.

- At a nightclub or bar, an attractive guy or girl seduces you and takes you back to their place (if you're with your SO, they invite you back for a threesome), only to turn out to be a tentacle monster in disguise
- You get approached by a cult who offers to pay you (or your girl but you decide to come along) to take part in a ritual sacrifice to summon the demon they worship. You thought it would be easy money just standing naked while a bunch of lunatics shout gibberish around you / your girl, but a tentacle monster is actually summoned.
- All patrons' commissioned scenes and maps for February. I'll do the commissioned animations in the 18 March update.
