I discovered the problem, it's because of Github!
All my mods on my computer are working fine but,... because I was curious to know ... I downloaded my Weed-Biz mod from Github then I replaced my Weed-Biz (the one on my pc) with the one from Github. And yes, the mod is not recognized ???
So to be sure, I deleted Weed-Biz from Github and put Weed-Biz back (the one on my PC). Everything works!
Give me some time, I will try an another host for my mods... and try to find what's doing this!
The file line endings need to be changed from LF to CR+LF. The game doesn't seem to parse the files properly otherwise

They already supposed to end with CR+LF
I host my mods on Mega, I tested only Weed-Biz...it works!
So now they all supposed to work !

They might be getting changed by Git/Github. They were LF when I downloaded the mod from there

You're right, I just checked the files hosted on Github and they all end up with LF.
I also checked some files on Mega and the files stayed as is, they end up with CR + LF.
I suspect my .gitattributes, ...
edit: My gitattributes was the problem, so I update all gitattributes to: * text eol=crlf
I can tell my mods on Github are now resolved and good to download.

You have to edit a building or use the randomizer at the beginning. He bases the maps on google maps and those generally aren't on - especially brothels, as they are illegal most places.
i wasn't updating the game since 3.14 and i just downloaded the newest update (i don't know i did the right thing). When i try to install mods from mod manager it says acces to the path readme.txt is denied
3.14 and 3.21 incompatible, read the changelog - some fundamental bugs in the game logic have been fixed, script syntaxes have been changed, the logic and mechanics of sex scenes have been changed - so I do not recommend installing any mods except N1ck's, Ravenger6666's(still have some bugs) and rooms without curtains + anti-patreon patch. Most other mods outdated and bugged with current version.
I meant the posts above, where it is said about errors in the syntax - has the mod been reissued several times?(~3 or more) and I'm not sure which version I was using before I downloaded version 23? or 24? February, in which everything seems to be fixed still not sure if i install it correct
