So on all my 3 playthroughs i stayed loyal to the girls, so i refused any kind of sexual activities outside the household, was wondering if i missed out on a lot of scenes and does that have any different consequences in the household?

definitely worth doing another save for the other content. Brooke is awesome and the coven are just utterly hilarious. My only gripe is you can't do them only and be a father to the girls (ends up with a game over) and I get the girls are central but would have been nice to have that route available.
So far, no, there are no negative implications to doing their content yet and yes, lot of scenes to see.

So far I've been able to keep the M+D locked out path afloat, and it seems like I'm even gonna be able to keep it in for chapter 5. You will miss out a lot of content (more and more stuff is about (M and/or D) and MC as we progress, and that's just slashed away), but so for I've been able to keep the M and D without MC stuff in (and just to be clear, that's stuff you'll also get when you're on the M+D paths).
I guess it's a path less travelled though, and I'm not sure quality control (typos/bugs) is as good as it is on the M+D paths as it'll have been mostly me doing the testing...

Sometimes I wish devs like yourself wouldn't do this. For me, the whole point of this game is to develop intimate relationships with Macy and Denise so, in my opinion, there shouldn't be a way to not do it, there should just be different ways to go about it.Well, actually....

Called choice HB...and wanting to be a father, rather than a lover....given that there are escapades outside of the home (which on the outside, Brooke looks like could go somewhere permanent). I'd also feel horrrible about cheating on them because you can't not do their romance routes. Even in harem games...I always (where it's available) still have a single girl run or just one or two favourites. Called playing things a different way. Now as I said to naughty, I understand completely and have no problem at all that the VN is focused on the daughters, I get that and they are both great and I love that story, just the other angle would have been nice to have, but I'm not certainly not asking or demanding for it. I take what's available gratefully.

Choice is all well and good in most cases, but when a game is built around the development of a romantic and sexual relationship with certain characters and they are the cornerstone of the game, then they should not be avoidable. Harem games can have a level of choice where you decide who you want in the harem or not, and games with multiple LIs in a "dating sim" type scenario can also have that choice, but when it comes to a game like this where there are characters who are the focal points of the story, then there really shouldn't be a choice and all that matters is how you approach the eventual sexual relationship(s).

Then one could argue the same logic right back at you...then there shouldn't be extra curicular activities availalable then....
The point is valid, but for me it's more like having that choice in there makes the other choice (choosing for M+D) meaningful. Lord knows there's enough choices in there that are just about voicing the MC without having any impact, but this one felt like it needed to have a no that meant something. So it's not so much about offering a path for those that want it, as it is about there being a path making you choosing not to take it worth something.
I've tried to write it so the MC's not actually cheating on M+D while engaging with any of the other girls (because he's not yet in a relationship with any of them). Whether or not that makes you feel like you're cheating depends of course on if you're buying in to that.
And yeah, I get where you're coming with the other points.

This point has been implied thus far, so it's interesting to hear you mention: he's still openly playing the field, generally ... but, it would likely create more tension if he starts to become more intimate with his daughter(s).
Will he still be enabled (by the player) to run the field? If so, what would the implications be?
Would his daughter(s) actually allow for sharing? If not, how would he respond to those at the office who are conditioned to his availability?
etc.

Can it even be possible to form a harem with the Coven, Brooke, and the girls? The Coven may share, but only between themselves, and I think they already see the MC as theirs. Brooke may be open to it, but Macy would do murder if there was even a hint of including the woman. Denis is the one who would have make a workable plan for it, and she is very much into keeping it all in house so to speak.
Messy is a good description I think.
As for cheating, I agree with Maviarab,

However I also can agree with Holy Bacchus in general in many games going counter to the main point of the game. Playing Dating My Daughter without dating her is counter.

Well, beyond choice I think it makes for a more nuanced story. If the only reason someone is playing a game is to fap then they should get themselves to a porn site and get to fapping. I like the idea of playing through and not fucking everyone or only fucking one person or any number of combinations. The replayability of a game comes from the variables and the idea of not fucking the main LI in a playthrough of a game is a reason to replay a game.
I've done no sex runs of games because, to me, if you have a great story then I don't need to fuck anyone. I also do man-bear-pig-slut runs where I fuck everyone and everything that the MC's dick will fit into... It would be nice to have the ability to just be a loving father run through of the game... Though tbh I find the coven uninteresting.

Nope, not a thing... I like the daughters, they have a lot of depth and personality but the rest of them I'm not invested in.

LOL... I can understand that. They can be a weird trio. Sadly I've worked with ladies exactly like them save the looks in many an office so... its kind of a laugh to see the lot in a game like this.

when this game first came out i found it comical that people where complaining about M + D and the other cast of characters about how they looked going so far as to call them Goblins ( which the Dev turned into a meme ) is that still going on ?

Somewhat, but they're swiftly beaten back because, as with most games, they've gained a lot of fans now who will defend them and the dev to the death.
