No. For starters, I'd have to rerender every images in the previous chapters and post process them, and amount of work is... significant. Secondly, given that I already see severe caching issues before optimization on many of the scenes where I layer up to a dozen or more QHD images (to give me a bit more range for the zoom and pan), at 4K, I'd be increasing those issues a manifold. I doubt we will ever have a 4k version of LomL.
Cheers. Later on, I decided to even that definition go, and they're now undefined by canon. If you have any specific background in mind, the game won't say do do anything to tell you otherwise.

It's less a matter of what they're supposed to be (i.e. what the artist intended them to be) as that they don't look like pinup girls from a certain period in German history, so certain people* publicly shit their pants in fury.

I have one complaint about the game and it's the gallery.
Without any text you take away about 90% of the scene. I get that the game has too many choices, but could you consider taking your own canon choices to atleast include text?
It's unusuable for me now.

It's impossible to bring your choices over to the gallery the way it's implemented, but in the new release, it'll be based on save games instead of a stripped piece of the game. So you'll have to actually play the scene to unlock it, but it'll be a save from your playthough with your choices.
