No, booting up the new install, it'll find your end of chapter auto-save or an export of your choices, and it'll pick up from there, nothing you need to do or select.
If you played the last chapter with the beta or first release that came out, you may have to boot up the latest version, and quickly run though the ending bit again to trigger making that end of chapter save and export. I'll make sure to document that in-game as players try to start in the new install.

Not for me... I always start from beginning. Every update, the whole experience is just one of the kind. Fantastic game.
