There's MonCurse if you can stomach glacial (yet hilariously faster!) update pace and have a low bar for what is considered a "RNG dungeon" since MonCurse has both a "world map" and something you could I suppose call a RNG dungeon? Each map is one.
There is one of my all time favorites Avarice Dungeon, which again, technically counts, but it depends whether or not you want to call that an RNG dungeon. The whole game is RNG, the whole game is in a dungeon. Is it one?
Now, I am cheating very badly, but there's also Kinky Dungeon. Look, I'm sorry, it's in the name, okay? It's effectively the most honest RNG dungeon from this list. Light on actual porn, though. Fun game regardless.
I could probably think of more examples, honestly. There are a couple. I think a well-made handcrafted dungeon beats RNG shit any day, but it's nice to have that unpredictability factor. LT really, really would not lose out by having a hamlet or a cave or something generate on the map that you could explore.
It would be more accurate to say KD is a bondage game, rather than porn game per se. As far as I recall, even when the character is naked, you only see the nipples at most, and there is no actual sexual content. Still, for what it aims to deliver, it's a great game.
So, since the game is open source, I decided to clone the repo and compile it (very tedious due to the old Java version but manageable) to obtain the most recent updates without having to redownload it every time. But then I noticed a lot of people complaining about delayed updates, which made me question why no one forked the game and contributed additional material themselves.
One of my favorite games ever! And if a developer needs more time for new stuff, that's totally fine. The game already has many times more content than most of the text-based ones here. And procrastination can be an absolute bitch and sometimes gets to the best of us. So don't worry!

There's many reasons, whether it be because they aren't writers, don't want to work with the (from what I hear) horrendous code from Inno, etc.
Some people still contribute to the main game itself (for reasons beyond me) but I don't think anyone has outright forked and built new stuff entirely. Plus, there's also the "I don't want to risk getting sued" part.

let me tell ya buddy, if that's your genuine opinion, you are *not* going to fit in here.
There are few people with the skills, time/money or motivation to dedicate to such a project. Fewer still who are willing to work with Inno's code. Not to mention legal considerations. So it's no wonder nobody did.

There are some people who started at least one project directly inspiered by Lilith's Throne from scratch, but I'm not clear on the state of those.
I totally understand the first two points which are true and sad but concerning legal point, it's not illegal to fork the game and add more content so long that (taken from the github repo license)

Yep. And 3b and 3c especially mean anyone picking it up would have to fund it exclusively from their own pocket (work on it in their free time, pay any hypothetical contributors they might hire...), or risk legal action if exposed, which makes the first point all the bigger issue.
I mean, you gotta admit, this place can be pretty toxic at times. Especially when entitled gooners realise game devs favour the opinions and thoughts of paying patreons/customers than they do the porn game pirates that are thowing insults around a thread because a game isn't being developed in the specific way they want it to be.
And no, I'm not talking about specifically this thread in isolation, but this site in general. I've seen some pretty damn bad takes from entitled gooners on here, as well as some real nasty comments from them too. It's honestly kindawild at times.
Returning back to this specific thread, though, I do think there's some pretty valid criticsim of both the game and of the dev here, but when those valid criticisms are being left in comments sandwhiched between entitled gooner pirates who really need to get out and touch grass, it's pretty hard to not just paint everything with the same brush.

I can say with relative certainty this update was infact all innoxia, after combing through it (since I'm updating my version), I can say it has innoxia's signature all over it inline if (condition?true:false) has no spaces, a bunch of string concatenations also have+no+space, among many other nasty practices.
Trying to bring up the paying patrons as some sort of high horse above all of us is so funny because the way those people are ignorantly enabling the dev's unprofessional behavior to such an unprecedented degree drowned in their own sunk cost fallacy is exactly the best example why we don't want to fall in the same dumb holes they're in.
I'll eventually buy/support creators that i pirated when they earn it.

Just make a good game 4head. Acting like gooners aren't the target audience for a porn game is werid, but the devs being unable to ignore trolls who spew stupid criticism is thin-skinned. As aspar4gus said, whenever a game becomes complete and is good then I buy/support it.
F95 is fickle is what it is.
For being "a site of pirates" there are more than plenty of people actually supporting devs financially. Of course, some don't. I don't have the money to throw around.
That being said, F95 will give devs an unfiltered opinion with a lot of enthusiasm. We're not going to lick your dick just because you're a dev. If your game's shite, don't worry - we'll tell you!
There are also a lot of very positive responses to games that are just straight up good. The word of mouth really is under-appreciated. It's free advertising, and devs don't really lose anything. Someone who had no intent of buying your game will not buy it regardless. Does it matter if he plays it? I don't think so. On the flip side, he might have something positive to say about your game.
As of now I have a lot of positives to say about LT but absolutely nothing positive to say about Inno. Let her fucking starve already. I wish simps pulled their wallets and taught her to actually work instead of going UOH MUHSTRESS and SORRY SO SORRY every

This is something more devs need to realise. A pirate is almost never going to pay for something anyway: if they can't pirate it, they simply won't have it. Piracy results in a total loss of nothing to the developer.

Speaking as someone who used to support this game, you're oddly wrong.
For starters, this game isn't supported through Patreon. The fact that you aren't aware of that should be a clue that you might mot be as across this situation as you think.
More importantly, this game isn't driven by what paying subscribers want. If that were the case, there'd be polls on Subscribestar to decide what gets added next. Which doesn't happen. Probably because the option, "Can you make the fucking game now, please Inno?" might win those polls.
Rather, this game's development seems to be driven by whatever meme is running around the free Discord the most, massively padded with fan content and held back by Inno's spectacular laziness and incompetence.
