Calling one of the most complex game (customization/interactions) featured on this site a "lightweight RPG porn game" is a pretty hot take.

It's "lightweight" resource-wise (at least it should be), since it doesn't have any 3D graphics/animations.
I wouldn't see how trying to use a more accurate injury system over HP would require a significant resource demand, though.

The only games that should be implementing a system like that are survival games or hardcore RPGS. It would be out of place in a lightweight RPG porn game like LT.

It worked in Degrees of Lewdity, another lightweight RPG porn game. What makes LT different?

I wanted peoples opinion on what they like about this game (or rather, what this game aims to be, it's not exactly in the best state and the direction/rate of development is just tragic) in case someone else were to make a similar game. Specifically i'm interested peoples opinion on content such as furry/scalie/animal morph, sandbox, character customization, fantasy RPG elements, handwritten/plot characters, slave/companion management and story. How much do these things mean to you. If there is anything i left out that appeals to you don't be afraid to mention that too. Also I hope i'm not derailing this thread by doing this.

Personally I really like the sandbox, customization and managment aspects of the game. I'm partial to the furry stuff, as long as it's optional. I don't like the RPG elements because tropes like leveling, infinite powerscaling and health being represented as an integer is not only overly simplistic but beyond overused. I dislike story and handwritten characters because it doesn't blend in well with the rest of the procedurally generated content, and although it's optional it seems like wasted development time.

Furry or any kind of transformation is a plus. Something about beating the game as a gaudy eldritch abomination of my own creation just feels right. I just wish there was more than just stat changes and one or two sex moves. I want to drop shit (not literally) on people's heads as a flying character or distract cat morphs with an arcane laser pointer or get acid slapped because I was dumb enough to use fire on a slime or intimidate Nyan into giving my dog/wolf character a discount instead of doing her quest. Could mod this stuff in, but most of it would be mute if enemies just hit you so hard you needed to one shot everything with lion morph + Zweihandler.

Honestly who cares about this game's story? It's an excuse plot to justify you being insanely overpowered. None of the characters are memorable, many of the more important fights can be skipped by grinding for the right perk/fetish, and in game lore is restricted to books and exposition dumps.

I don't touch the slavery system because it's shallow and other methods net you more than enough money with less effort (enchant diamond necklaces from Nyan then sell them back for 2.2 million a pop).

For cum there is a setting under Content Options > Bodies to disable the "Cum Regeneration" mechanic; your balls will always be considered full.
If you set cum storage and cum expulsion to their maximum values, this results in 10,000ml ejaculations every single time.
Edit: Ah, it seems that disabling Cum Regeneration automatically locks cum expulsion to 100%, regardless of the value while the setting was turned on.

There isn't a similar setting for milk, as far as I can see.
Sex actions that involve the breasts/nipples seem to have set values per action for how much milk is emitted, rather than a single "milk expulsion" stat like cum has. At a glance, the "milking" action emits 20% of your max capacity. Suckling/breastfeeding actions emit a fixed 100ml regardless of max capacity (25ml for "ongoing" suckling without directly selecting suckle again). Pinching nipples emits 10ml regardless of max capacity.
So for anything other than deliberately taking the milking action 5 times, the maximum capacity of 100,000ml for milk will last for ages. Max milk regeneration will restore 694ml/min as well, as the limit for regen is 500,000ml per day (applied per breast, unlike the capacity value which is shared).

You'll probably need a mod if you want to go over the current maximum values allowed by in-game transformations (or transforming via the debug menu, which still respects those maximums). E: See the very next comment; save editing is sufficient (use a text editor to open the xml).

That said, even if you raise the cum/milk storage capacity limits, there wouldn't be much point without also adding new descriptive text to cumflation/milking scenes. The added lines are already pretty samey whether you cumflate with 1000ml or 10,000ml so an overhaul of the existing text would probably be worthwhile as well.

But what happens if you enter the in-game transformation menu and then back out again?
Does it try to correct the overcapped values, or are they fine unless you try to modify them directly?

You should be fine until you try to modify values again via the in-game system, it will just reset back under the limit.
Inside the .XML file the maximum value for storage for fluid is roughly 214745999 and for regeneration 2147459999.

Thanks, just confirmed it myself too, searched the save file for "storage" and it didn't take long to find the right thing to edit.

Loaded the save without probs, and enabled a transformation menu (buggy/slime/demon). When trying to lower the value by clicking the usual buttons, a value anywhere above 10,000ml snaps back to 10,000ml immediately.
But as long as you don't poke the dodgy value, performing other transformations is still fine.

The main problem is as I stated in the last paragraph two comments above, though.
A cumflation scene in excess of the normal limit of 10,000ml still gives the same response line since the system doesn't account for more: ("You see <name>'s stomach swell out to a massive, over-inflated size as it distends from the colossal amount of cum that you've pumped inside her. Placing a hand on her huge belly, you grin as you think to yourself that she now looks as though she's heavily pregnant.")
So even though it's easy to bypass the limit, it lacks the most important feedback (assuming hyper-cumflation is the goal, at least; the person who originally asked may have a different motivation).

The offspring generator follows the same rules as other spawners, meaning gender ratios are based on your preferences except for specific races with canonically skewed ratios (demons and harpies, mostly).
So if your encounters are set to all-feminine, you'll only create girls as well.
As an additional note, with a small overall number of children it is entirely plausible to roll uniformly by sheer luck. Past 6 or 7 or so it gets extremely unlikely though.

Edit:
As a final thought, it is possible the relatively recent sanity checks on which body configs can give birth to each other have effects they shouldn't, but someone would need to check that if the previeous options don't work.

Another one? I don't know if you're aware or simply forgot but she took a 2 week break back in mid March... I don't want to state the obvious but this "disappointing update" is exactly what she has been working on before AND after her break. I mean, unless you're suggesting just taking a whole month or two off... more breaks aren't going to help here her, delivering results will.

Of course 0.4.0 was disappointing, it was probably the most ridiculous patch that I've ever seen released across *all* gaming, not even just indie porn games. Like, have you literally ever seen anyone spend two years promising a set of content as a specific version release benchmark, and then they put that version out months early without *any* of that content? All while acting like they released what was promised? I sure as hell haven't. And that was after a straight up year of delays and excuses, including a three week break because fuck it. And then even in the WIP files, its clear that the 0.4.0 release wasn't actually the 0.4.0 release, it was referred to as a 0.3.x release.

Combine that with the fact that the update straight up said "the 0.4.0 content will be release as a paid patch, but I don't know when it'll be ready" and the whole thing is a massive joke

As far as I'm concerned, v0.4.0 hasn't been released yet. And according to Inno's recent updates we're likely more than a month away, at best.

As for TiTS, that game is weird. On one hand, I like 90% of the content in that game. But then on the other hand, I couldn't care less about 90% of the new content they've been adding or have added since I started paying attention to it. It's kind of nice hearing they're revisiting some other characters/locations/scenarios, because it really feels like they've been on a super narrow focus for the last year or two, and it's all on stuff I'm not interested in. I basically only revisit the game whenever they add content for the characters I like, which is basically like, one scene every year. I liked the game a lot more when they were more general with the fetishes and character tropes they were using, but these days they're 100% focused on a vary narrow set of content, and it's just not my thing.

I do enjoy CoC2, but only because I like a lot of what observer is doing for the game. Basically everything else I'm pretty 'take it or leave it' on lol

Plus I got a thing for fox girls and kitsune. But who doesn't?

But hey, new PoP patch is coming. Just in time for me having finished unlocking almost everything!

No way other than modifying gender limits in the game options. You can change them mid game though. Just tweak them when you're ready, then switch back after you're done.

"While adding Meraxis's scenes, I ended up needing to add a few custom sex actions, and so I ended up adding support for defining sex actions in external files (like I did with sex managers). I also thought that it would be best to add her repeatable content (which includes combat and sex) at this time, and so I made a slight detour from the planned main quest content to get that added. I'm pretty happy about the highlighted bit. Probably moreso than if Foloi/Elis were actually released.
Moddable sex action support is totally worth the (additional) delay to Foloi/Elis.
