I found this in @JC23 walk-through-thingy a few posts back:
If you are going to play from the first day go to Audio/SE and rename
the file "Slap .wav" to "Slap.wav". Otherwise at the painter 2nd scene
the game will crash.
I'm stuck in Nathan's home. I should take "jerk off tissue" but i can't.

Not sure about it being a bug but there was a flashing animation on the right of the chair for me.
I mean are you serious? Did you bother to read any posts on the last few pages of this thread at all?
It's already here a dozen of post or so above here.

A decent update. The massage scene was really good, it was nice to see Nick getting some action as well, not just fall asleep or something.
I just wish there was more freedom and impact to the various choices, not just skipping scenes.

Try the "tile" on the right of the chair in front of the pc(2 tiles above lily in the screenshot). Maybe the blinking anim is just broken.
