Does not cover the latest versions but it's the latest i know of.

For v0.9 you have a 3 branches in the story that are independent of each other but 1) and 2) (below) are dependent on actions Lily took in previous versions and 3) below have 4 different forks:
1) if Lily met the Castor boss in v0.8 or not will get different dialog/story at Castor in v0.9: Lets call them Boss path a) or b) - suspect this will have influence on her "type of relationship" (professional/submissive etc) she will have with her boss in v 0.1+ of the game.
2) if Lily was shaved by Nicole's BF (Steven) (in day 12) or not will give you different scenes with Nicole in V0.9: lets call them Nicole path a) or b) - suspect this will have influence on her continuing a lesbian/bi development side or not in v 0.1+ of the game.
3) If
a)Lily tries something with her foot on Luke under the table at the dinner will give Lily the opportunity to give Luke a BJ at Luck's home or not give him a BJ (play both forks to see)
OR
b) if Lily stays professional during dinner she can choose to have sex with Luke in the pool or not (play both forks to see) - suspect having sex Luck opens up the "Luke True love" path and not having sex she closes the "Luke True love" path

Now we're talking hehe!
Having played and replayed this game several times now because of the MV release, I think there are a few paths with different endings:
1) true love with Nick - she tries to stay faithful and largely succeed. sort of a happy ending
2) voyeurism - she sleeps around left and right and she is truly sexually liberated in the end (bar man, painter etc...)
3) Fred - clearly Fred is a path and i think it will be either known to Nick or not known to Nick in the end. She stays with Nick but fucks Fred (and Fred's "friends"
) and pregnancy is definitely and option. Could also be known to Nick and they divorce or not. Lots of NTR scenarios. This path have lots of possibilities that have already been put in play and could be developed in the next releases: Whoring for Fred (make money for Fred and Lily), pregnancy with Fred, True love with Fred (she finally gets Fred and she movers upstairs - Nick gets together with Brianna the Web girl or so)4) Mike - harder to see how it can work out but definitely a path - the "innocent" Mike with Lily
5) True love Luke - new path based on v0.9. if Lily decides to go there it's if she goes the business professional and Luke wife/lover route.
6) Castor boss - i can think this path can be some sort of domination BDSM path - the Boss is definitely on this track already (painting on the wall) but not with Lily yet.
7) lesbian/bi/Nicole - First Nicole but later i can see that she sleeps with more and more women
The story is very rich and is still expanding (Luck and Castor) with so much opportunity. I cannot wait for the next chapter and the next and so on. i hope they continue to develop this for a long time (hopefully with more frequent updates). according to them they are about 60%-70% done with this episode I think.

Yeah that thought crossed my mind too when Nicole first mentioned the club work a while back. You could be right. The more i think of it, it could be something along the lines of: if she has high enough Whore score, Cheating big score and let Fred whore her out to Nathan (end of v0.8 day 2) she definitely has the taste for it and has already fucked for money... So yeah I can see that as a clubbing/whore path developing too.Well, I was thinking more in a Hooker path
