If you progress too far it can actually mess you up when they drop the next versions.
There are 3 different scores (+ project progress %) that are kept for how you choose to work at Castor:
Every day she goes there, we can choose to have Lily improve her “Lacy at Castor” score, “Diligent at Castor” score + project progress %, or “Geek moral” score by having Lily choose 1, 2 or 3 while she sits in her office chair.
I suspect they will mean something later but right now we do not know what a particular score will trigger in terms of scenes.
Net, net, if you progress too far like run Castor 10 times and get a "Lacy at Castor" score = 10 you may miss scenes that would have triggered at level 3, 5 or what ever score etc...
For now, I would just keep one save or so (after working 2-3 days at Castor “Diligent at Castor” score = 2-3) and when next release drop, I'll run the 3 different track and see where it leads.

Man, Lily is so freakin hot, the game to me is all about her. Do not care about rest of the girls at all, just give me moooore scenes with her. I mean, to me what makes a game like this great are the women models. The story is important, the gameplay etc. But if I do not feel anything while watching the characters, i do not care.
That is why for example just a scene where Lily is lying on the couch in a skirt and with heels and watching tv makes me hornier than if I watch a sex scene with a random average female model from other games. Looking forward for more and hopefully some more actions in public places, that shit is always hot.

V.1.2 Progress - Fred
Hey fellas. I just want to tell you a couple of words about the scene we are currently working on.
After Lily finishes her secret task (if she decides to do it, of course) she becomes curious about the secret information that she has copied and decides to seek help from a professional who understands such matters. Yep, you guessed it. That person is Fred.
How, why, and in what way will Lily get what she needs? Let that remain a secret for now, because anything we say could reveal too much and spoil the gameplay.

This one started out so promising, but the more I play it the more it annoys the hell out of me. Lily's personality and attitude toward sex are constantly shifting around, depending on what the current scene requires. In one scene, she encourages a man she doesn't know to fuck her in the ass, just to help him get back at his ex. Then, several more atonal sex scenes and infidelities later, and she's squeamish about flashing her vag at a couple strangers for a few seconds OR fucking her boss (who she pretended to nearly fuck like a week ago just to get back at him) to keep her job. In one scene, she doesn't want to fuck someone because she doesn't want to cheat on her husband, meanwhile, she already has several times and is regularly fucking his father.
The worst offender is when the author repeats himself with the twin bar scenes. In both scenes, Lily is out with Nikki at a bar, Nikki challenges 2 male friends to a team bar game, promising that she and Lily will blow them if they lose the first time, then promising that she and Lily will fuck them if they lose the second time, Nikki pressures Lily into accepting the bet (ensuring her that Nikki's hustling the guys and there's no way they could lose), then depending on the players choices the girls either win or lose and Lily is VERY apprehensive about paying up. Depending on the player's choices she either does it or she chickens out. Now, I don't mind this same scene happening twice. Actually, it could have been a very good tool to illustrate Lily's sexual development through the game depending upon what choices the player has made so far. Except, the author didn't put that much effort in. Even if you've been playing Lily like a total slut who sucks and fucks every dick she encounters, she's still clutching her pearls and trying to back out of the deal both times.
I have no idea what Lily's personality even is most times. Sometimes, she's sexually aggressive and knows exactly what she wants. Other times, she's annoyingly submissive and naive. Neither of which have anything to do with the player's input. She's just written that inconsistently. I wanted Lily to flash those customers or fuck her boss to keep her job, and it annoyed the hell out of me that I couldn't make those choices. I wanted her to be nearly as ready and willing to fuck those guys in the bar as Nikki was, and it annoyed the hell out of me that I couldn't make the choice. The game isn't bad. Everything up to the second time Lily fucks Frank is fantastic. I just wish the rest of the game was

Good points and if I played the game again from the beginning to the end and analyzed it to the same depth that you have, I could probably get to similar conclusions. But I didn't and therefore I didn't notice these things while playing, but now that I read it i think you are right in many ways. However, I think you might be over thinking it a bit too much. I mean this is not a best selling novel, but a porn game and they have to manage their time to do graphics, programming, text etc. i prefer that they spend their time on getting the story moving forward and release versions faster rather that they rework, eliminate inconsistencies and cross check that the story works for all possible paths the player can take. But that is just me and my simple view.

Since it's been brought up, there was at least one incident that bugged me and thought another choice should have been added. When Rick fired Lily, I expected a choice to pop up to fuck him to save her job, and afterwards, he fire her anyway to teach her a lesson. It wouldn't have been any more inconsistent than the other points that have been made and could have led to "some payback" later on.
